Girls in their 20s post pictures of him when he was, like, 14, on tumblr and say things along the lines of "OMG he's sooooooo hot." ...I know that, if things were turned around and guys in their 20s were calling pictures of me when I was 14 hot, I would be REALLY creeped out.
