I live extremely close to NYC so I've seen it many times before...Its kinda just...missing...

It's so sad :'( Darn terrorists! And the worst part about today is for the memorial, none of the policeman, firefighters and other people who were there to help or were just there during 9/11 aren't allowed into the ceremony because it's "too full" :sad2:

My daddy went that day! But hes not a NYC fireman so he wasn't a first responder or anything but he went a couple hours later! One of his department members died while saving someone....
also from the smoke and everything my dad's thyroid is like gone but that's nothing compared to everyone else's lost ):

Awwww... that's awful, but great to hear your dad was involved and helped out somehow. Anybody who was there to help as their operative is a hero (:

Halloween, 1; Catherine, 0.

If we can't go to Harry Potter world for my birthday I'll see about Magic Kingdom, since they won't have MNSSHP the day I want to go and we can avoid Halloween Horror Nights traffic.

This way I can ride Splash Mountain after I chickened out last night.

Last time I was in WDW, I did Splash Mountain by myself twice. It was actually kinda fun. :P

Never been on it, there was only a ten-minute wait last night and I got in line but just couldn't go through with it.

I have a pass that gets me through the fastpass/handicap lines for health reasons, and that's how I go on all the thrill rides and the ones with really long lines. I got in it in under 10 minutes. It's pretty fun going on it alone. But they have lap bars on it now, so you don't have to worry. But I don't know why, but it the ride seems a little slower than usual.

I have that pass too, it really does help.

Wow. I wonder if that guy got out of the car like the others, or what.

Also, it's bad that at some point, I started thinking of Blizzard Beach. I spent ages in their wave pool in one of the rings. I moved close to where the lifeguard was, because that's where the best waves were. I ended up in an area where the water goes up & down on the wall, which was fun. Then the lifeguard told me to move away because I could hurt myself. Spoilsport... You just don't want to go through the effort of saving me, if I were to bash my head on the wall and go unconscious or something. (joke btw). But the waves were fun. And that's what I was thinking of. Until the end of the video...
