See, in dance, we have these "tap boxes". Basically, they're metal boxes that you can stand/tap on, to make the sounds louder (and cooler).

I have to be on one for our recital number, and it was wobbling, so I had to jump off of it before I fell. FUN!

Dry and itchy. And still giving me hell (painful, and I STILL can't bend over). But it is healing.

Nope, but I gotta deal with it. No more x-rays til the end of April though, which is nice. It should get better when the cold weather leaves us.
