Well, it's 3 hours till my departure, then about 15 hours of flying, and afterward WDW and POP for the first time

Where does the Generation Gap bridge lead ?

I am at POP right now. They put up a green wall about 1/4 way on the bridge, i guess because of the construction going on over there-I've been watching yhem from my balcony. You cannot cross the bridge any more.

Hey, all my fellow Poppers!

I have gone overbord on decorations for our window for our Oct. trip. So I was wondering if someone who will be there on Oct. 5 would like to use them. I know I could bring them home and use them again, but I know me and know I will make new ones for our next trip.

Some of the window clings are birthday themed and some are "girls only" themed, there is mickey head garland, lights and more.

I did mine yesterday, and after obsessing over room requests, I finally decided the only one that matters is connecting rooms. I do hope we have a refurbed room, but it's just not that important to me anymore. I just really want to have my room connecting to my dd and her family. 5 more days for us!

Where does the Generation Gap bridge lead ?

It was built to lead over to the other half..legendary years...but now that is not longer going to be there. It's now the animation suites. I assume the bridge will open up and lead over there when it's done.

Thats a bummer. I like to go about mid bridge and take pictures of the backside of Pop.

Oh...We will be there the same time. We are the family of 3-me, DH, and DD4, and my mom, which I guess makes that 4. Maybe we'll see each other. Looks like the weather is going to cooperate for us, so that's fantastic!

Just got back to my room after a rainy night in hippy dippy pool. Building #4 - 1st floor, closed all the way around for refurbs.

Just booked my bounceback. Can't wait for 2011!!!

I just booked my trip for POP in January also! It's nice to finally have something set in stone now, after a year of planning. Only 4 more months to go!

I checked last night, you can get the cake without the ice cream for a snack; add ice cream-no snack. I think it was like $5

I just walked all the way around building 4. Every single room on the 1st floor is empty and being painted. Carpets not in yet, matresses still in plastic. I took pics, will post tomorrow. I asked a worker, he said this building will be done by Friday. Planning on bldg 1, 4th floor next week.
