Anyone know the hours of baggage claim/bell service/luggage service or whatever they're called?

I'm a little confussed about luggage service's. I will have an Owners Locker and know that I pick it up at luggage service (is that what it's called?) What are their hours of operation? I thought I read somewhere that they were only open until 2 or 3. I'd like to turn my Owners Locker in around 4 or 5 pm so that I dont have to deal with it early the next morning.

Luggage storage and bell services etc are open all day and night.

I think you're getting confused with the airline luggage check in which allows you to check your luggage up to 12 hours before your flight and operates between 5am and 1pm.

Can anyone confirm that this post has the most up-to-date info about which rooms are preferred/standard?

We have two rooms booked (ILs are coming this time- their first WDW trip ever). Don't need connecting rooms- just next to each other.

We have booked preferred rooms.

Would like 50's, pool/middle courtyard views, and most importantly close to Classic Hall.
I don't know how to go about making a request-- what should I put first, etc?

Looking at the map above, I think maybe I should just request building 3, adjoining?? Ground floor would be a bonus.

We have never been there before, so thought I'd come to you all (the experts!) about this..

last year we got in very late and baggage claim closed at midnight - I had to rush to go pick them up myself

Good to know. I think I'll be safe at late afternoon. I'll ask their hours so that I can report back here and get it on the first page.

Maybe it has changed,or maybe it varies based on the time of the year but when I was there in July I got in VERY late and luggage services delivered a package to me at 2:00am... so I would def. call and check.

I am leaving in 16 days, but I have not decided which building to stay. We are going to be in a standard room and we want a quiet room, (4th floor, not by the pool). I'm going with my DW, DS-7, DD-5. We will be carrying a stroller.

Wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a change machine in the laundry area near classic hall? I want to be prepared if there is not a change machine to be able to wash a few pieces of clothing if I need too. TIA.

Nevermind, guess I should have read a little closer on POP's info. I found the answer to my own question.

I was in a fridge swap and I had luggage services come get it from my room at 8:30pm the night before we left, so you will be fine They also dropped it off after 8:00pm when we got there.

Well I amback to POP feb 4th thru 11th and have a new camera ordered soo hopefuly can get some good pix this time !!!

Is it always that one is a double bedder and the other a king bedder, or can you get connecting rooms where both are doubles?

Yes, the absolutely most definitely is. I used it myself just last month!

Thanks. Am trying to get hold of a map of some sort so I can be as specific as possible with my room request - I know they can't guarantee anything but last time I was really specific and got EXACTLY what I wanted.

Hoping to get as lucky this time.

What rooms/section did you stay in? Floor? Were you facing "in" or "out"?

PS: Saw the map but couldn't really tell from it whether the rooms had doubles or kings unless it was a disability access room - if the room doesn't specify should I just assume it's a double/double?
