Without a computer. You'll need to go to a resort with a business center. I know Boardwalk and the Grand Floridan have them. I think Beach/Yacht Club has one as well.

You will be allowed to use the computers. We did while staying at OKW as we had to close on a house while visiting WDW and needed to print the docs from email. However, it is not free. I'm not sure of the cost but I remember thinking it was quite pricey.

Just found out that hubby can join us for the first leg of our trip! It was going to be just the kids and I at Pop Dec 1-5 and he was going to fly out and meet us for the cruise only. However, he can now join us at Pop for the entire stay before the cruise. I hated it that he was going to miss DS's first ride on Splash, BTMR, Soarin, and Test Track, but now he won't have to!

Ive had the same problem, Ive also been having problems retrieving my ressies for dining

Make sure you are using the same phone number as the one given in your site and or reservation registration. I found I was usung the wrong number (i was using my cell) and my ressies were not coming up

We just got back from POP last week. The room we stayed in was clean. Mousekeeping was great. I read somewhere they did a refurb in 2008, I thought it was a great value. I would go for it. We are going back again in 2010.

No Pop has not been refurbed. They did put new mattresses in in 2008 though.

I've never been to POP but have been to WDW around the holidays. It is so pretty! If you get a chance, stop by the Grand Floridian and check out the gingerbread house. It's awesome!

Does anyone know when Disney will enter the 21st century and upgrade the TVs at POP? I realize it's a value resort, but it's Disney World, not a third-world country.

Just back from a 10 night stay at POP. I'm going to do a bigger review, but had to do a quick post to say our stay was GREAT!

I cannot believe the service we received from all castmembers, but we were simply amazed by our mousekeeper. Her name was Matilda, and she was unbelievable. The room was immaculate, we were always given extra towels, soap, shampoo etc. and a few towel animals.

We have stayed at all levels of resorts over the years and I now place POP at the top of that list. I cannot overstate how happy we were with the place.

Oh, for reference, we did not do a room request, but got bldg 6 lake view which was fantastic!
