The Great Missing Teleporter Search is this Weekend!!

Ok everybody! How many of you have gotten ripped off and been traded teleporters that go nowhere? How many of you have rooms set aside to store these annoying wastes of space? Would you like to maybe find the match to your teleporter? Well here is the plan and it is so easy!

This weekend starting today, or whenever you see this thread, place your teleporters that have no matches in one of your rooms. It does not have to be a room just for teleporters, it can be any room you like. In the title of your room, list Dis teleporter search. Then at some point (maybe Sunday night so people have time to see this and do it) try to go through your teleporter and see if you end up in a room that says this in the title! Come back and post here and let us know if you found a match and organzie a time to meet up with the fellow Diser that has yours. You can work out whatever arrangement with the other person you would like to decide who gets the pair. Personally I would happliy just give mine up to get rid of it!

Now I don't for one second think anybody here scammed anybody else in to trading a bum coffin or boat, but who knows if the people that gave them to us got them from a Diser, or got them from someone else that got it from a Diser. Let's see if we can match any of these things up! It takes nothing else than putting something in your room title and placing the teleporter! If you would like, you can even leave it in your room title for as long as you like, just in case somebody finds it later on. I just thought this weekend would be a good time to start! Spring Cleaning is here early!!

Woot! I'm in. I can't think of a better way to take our mind off the mazes this weekend too! I'm still in a state of disbelief that they would attempt this again. Cool idea!!

I was thinking of also posting on the VMK fansite as well. I was thinking of having them put fan site int heir titles. That way if anyone here ends up in a fan site room or vice versa they could pm me and we could set up a time to get both together without the players having to come to DIS or the other way around. Also I know many Dis are also over there so that will work as well. More people the better right? Thanks CL_Tigressjewel, and I agree, those mazes might make me insane!!

Ok I posted over on VMK fansite as well. Seems to be quite a few over there with the same problem. Members of both sites please put Fan Site and Dis telporter search. Just Dis members still use Dis only. If you come across a fansite member room and you are not a fansite member please PM me and let me know so I can facilitate a time for you two to meet up and exchange or meet each other and they will do the same!
