I don't know which education you had, but the baby's and the mother's 'systems' are more or less completely separated. Nevertheless it happens that a baby may be ttacked by the mother's immunesystem. A coworker of mine lost two kids in the early stage of pregnancy due to this. She just gave birth to a healthy son after spending most of her third pregnancy in hospital being treated with agents depressing her immunesystem - manmade agents of course.

I'm a nurse. Doesn't make me any kind of medical expert, but I do know some stuff.

Yes, there are unfortunate and heartbreaking cases of babies being considered foreign matter. I'm so sorry to hear about your co-worker. I mean that and hope it didn't come off sarcastically.

But this usually isn't the case. And that's what they can't figure out. How it IS possible for women to carry babies. Check it out, if you don't believe me...but you can trust me. I wouldn't make this crap up.

I would never consider your post as sarcastic as I always try to read in the lines only, not between the lines.
Losing the first two babies hit her hard, but having a healthy one now made up for it. She seems to be very happy.

This begs the question how Jesus was able to pull off such a stunt when Peter also walked on water, before his lack of faith sank him.

Why would anyone spend the time to investigate something like that... it's a faith thing -- either believe or don't believe -- why try to prove the un-provable.

Actually, UFO's are the ultimate deity to many religions in the world, a belief that is held as fervently by those religions as your interpretation of a god is to you and your particular religion.
