The Good Ole Freap Chat ~ Sequel Part III ~

Ah, yes, I remember him now. I think putting him in the car is a great idea...sounds like something my DH would do.

I got the one design almost finished. DH painted the building red and some of the red paint splashed down onto the quilt paint so it needs some touching up. I am supposed to be painting that and the other wall this week as it is in the upper 50's and this may be the warmest it gets for awhile. I wanted to wait and get photos after the finishing touch up.

One of the neighbor's fences runs very close to the bedroom side of the house and, for some reason, they have been letting their dogs out all night and they have been barking a good part of the night. They barked until 1am last night and someone must have called them and complained because they brought them in the house and they could still be heard barking the rest of the night. My backside has been dragging all day. I should have been out there painting today. Maybe I can get out there tomorrow. I have been going outside every few days and the sun has been feeling good.

I have been wondering about Tinker and how she is doing. If she had something like this...she was probably down for quite a while. Whatever this creepin' crud is, it seems to be across the whole state, by what DH has been hearing.

However, I know Tinker_ is doing great!! She (Cassi) and I got together in Disney last month. She got a divorce from her husband and now has a really good boyfriend who I have also met. Little Wes was there too (Remember him? LOL she had the song in her profile like the Mickey Mouse song but spelled out Wesley..lol).

Sorry ive been lurking-- havent had much to post lately. Its been crazy around here.

Oh No! I love animals, but constant barking- uh-uh, no way! I am so glad that none of my neighbors have dogs that they let out to even bark!

So what kind of creepin' crud do you have? Stomach or upper respiratory?

I thought I was sick today! My stomach was SO nauseous- I had a dentist appt @ 1pm and I had to call them and tell them, if anyone puts something in my mouth- I will get sick right there! You decide- charge for the canceled visit or clean up after me!

About a half hour later I did almost toss my cookies But I refuse to let myself get sick I will do anything not to puke. I drank some Sprite and started feeling a little better- so hopefully it will pass me by! I can handle a sore throat, fever and all that- but when it comes to my stomach- forget it!

Hope tomorrow is a good day to spend outside and get some work done! And that you feel better.

I was thinking of Tinkerbean....I know she was very sick for a while and we didn't hear from her. But, I am glad to hear (and see) that Tinker is doing well.

This is upper respiratory. I had a sinus infection that I thought I could get to go away by myself and I let it go for a week. I think that, by Friday, it was going into my chest (and I have asthma). I was coughing so hard Friday night that I didn't have a voice Saturday morning so I decided that was enough and went to a walk-in clinic. She said I wouldn't have gotten rid of this stuff by myself. The sinus thing is getting better but the cough is still bad. DH has not slept with me for more than a week, now, and he keeps making the sign of the cross with his fingers when he walks by me. He's a germafobe and quite proud of it, actually. He's told me to not even breathe in his direction.

Thanks for sharing the photos! You guys look great and little Wes isn't so little any more!!

LOL Thanks! Shane had a great time with them. He's usually not the volunteer type but we were watching them and I was taking photos and they came and got him, so it was fun!

Can you guys educate me on Photobucket? What length, time wise, of a video can you upload to Photobucket? My kids and their friends made a video a few years back that I love and I would like to upload it to the net somehow. It is too long for Utube. They think it might be about 10 minutes long.

Madd- I always look forward to seeing your Halloween decorations. The only thing I have up is a demon-like thing on my front door. It'll be up until I get around to digging out the Christmas wreath. I may just leave the demon up. It seems easier, although it may freak out the people at the Pentecostal church across the street.

Well yesterday after my stomach incident- I started coughing in the afternoon until I went to bed- I took some Nyquil and I slept like a baby and did not cough throughout the night, not once. My throat feels a little weird this morning though.

It was a great freebie day yesterday!!!

I got the greased lightening party bucket - big bucket full of sponges, t-shirts, baseball caps, coupon for free cleaner, inflatable beach ball & other toys, party goods like cups, etc. DH was shocked it was a "freebie".

Also got the pledge freebie from Walmart, becks bottle opener, and a free venus razor from vocalpoint
