The good, bad, and ugly on Alamo, please!

If they had a QS line it must have been well hidden or a corporate secret, since 3 of their employees were unaware of its existence.

I belonged at the EC counter since they share a corporate identity and allegdely no management was present at Alamo.

As for my "entitlement" yes, when it is represented to me that a service is available and I book based on that representation I AM entitled to that service. I was told that QS was available when I booked, so I expect to get that service when I arrive. Maybe you feel it is ok for a business to represent one thing and do another but I do not. The words bait & switch come to mind.

As for being "above going with the flow" , this statement does not even rise to a level to be dignified with an answer.

I do not need to be read the rules about where available - you yourself said it was availbale so that point is mute.

So the advice you seem to be giving - when treated badly be a corporation - shut up, lay back and enjoy it - by all means don't complain.

It seems to me you are taking my problem/solution very personally. Makes me wonder why.

This is my last word on this subject, I no longer wish to beat a dead horse, nor do I need to justify myself to you.

I am not taking it personally at all, I am just amazed at your attitude that you belonged somewhere where you did not have a reservation.
They share the same parent company, they do not share anything else, including reservations. Like Stop and Shop and the now defunct Bradleys. Would you have hopped over to Bradless with your groceries if the lines at Stop and Shop were too long? Same exact idea.
Put the shoe on the other foot and tell me how you would have felt. Yes, the counter was and is there, under the sign for Quick Silver counter service. If it was not there at the time you were there, then it was not available and you needed to go with the flow. Perhaps they removed it because of lack of employees and amount of people in line. I am sure there were other QS members in that line who managed to wait their turn. The web site states that there is no kiosk at MCO.
As to reading, I find it a must. Had you read the rules, then you would have known that you needed to be in the Alamo line, not the EC line at National.
I too am tired of beating a dead horse, the message was clear early on, you are stuck with the "me, me" mentality and nothing anyone says will ever change your mind. Just hope I am not in line when you pull this in the future. I will call security for holding people up and cauing a scene, which is what should have been done from the get go.
