The Golden Ears

Ok, last year I want to disney World and my little bro got a pair of golden mickey ears. Then once I came back i went on vmk and looked up the quest page and found out ( somehow,I don't how..) that I could have gotten the code for the golden ears on vmk..

Is this true, because if it is plz tell me..

If you bought your hat from the right store location. There are posted signs at Disneyland, that said buy a real hat get a virtual hat. I don't know where they would be at WDW.

After you buy the hat you got a card with a code on it to enter on vmk. Sometimes you have to ask, since the cast member may forget to give you one.

At WDW we got bought a hat unaware of VMK and they gave us a code card that we almost threw out. The store was "Le Chapeau" on Main Street U.S.A.

I dont beleive there is a way to obtain golden ears in the game... but yeah, the park is the only way I know of. You can get a gold collection in VMK by the mickey quest, but that is basically it for gold in VMK.

And, next time you're there, ask if you can have more cards. It all maters on who's giving it to you. I purchased 1 hat there, and she gave me 3 golen ears. She said, "I dont understand why you need 3 of them, but ok, here you go." Come on, why do I need to many... She probably has no idea what they are in VMK to a lot of people.
