I don't know wow on demand. I looked under sports and exercise. It has a section of workouts that you can do. I did something by Carmen Electra this morning! I don't know if it was much of a workout compared to what I usually do, but it was fun.

I also like watching this show! Holly's laugh can get on my nerves, and Kendra is funny to watch - I guess I am a sucker for reality shows..it is interesting seeing there lives.. I can't believe another girl is going to be living in the house. Has this been confirmed? and is she blonde? it would be weird if she is not? does any one know if she is blonde? and where we can find a picture of her- of course clothed, please (te-he)
