Can I asked why everyone want Jason & Liz together? No flames just asking

Because I like them as a couple. And I hate Sam and wish she would die. Liz makes Jason human and not just a hit man. This sounds so stupid but she makes him sweeter and less borg-like.
I think the actors have great chemistry together. I've heard that they (and their spouses) are good friends in real life and Steve Burton allows a softer side of Jason to show with Liz. On screen, I can tell that they like eachother.
I don't think Steve Burton even likes Kelly Monaco, which is why I don't buy that Jason loves Sam. He hardly looks like he can stand being in the same scene with her. Steve Burton totally phones it in when he is with her.
Now I do think they have done too many starts and stops with Liz and Jason. They should have put them together years ago...when they were toying with it before he married Courtney.
But Elizabeth and Lucky and old news too. I liked Greg Vaughn and I do thing JJ is playing Lucky as too self righteous. It is like he is ignoring everything Jacob Young (disaster I know) and Greg Vaughn brought to the character. GV played Lucky longer than JJ did. I agree that JJ has much better chemistry with Tony Geary but he looks like Liz's little brother now.
There is no girl for Lucky, unless they put him back with Maxie. Sam looks WAY too old for him and he is pretty much related to everyone else.
In the past, I've liked Jason with Robin and I like him romantically with Tamera Braun's Carly (not that it happened) and Brenda (which also didn't happen.) I also like him as friends with Laura Wright's Carly but I don't see them romantically at all.
I hate him with Sam now. I did like them in the beginning. I think because Sonny and Sam were so gross and Courtney was beyond horrid. Jason and Sam were magical after Jason and Courtney and Sonny and Sam!
Guza is ignoring their previous time together (under the writers strike), and starting fresh by the end of summer. **
I mean his kids have been kidnapped, shot at...and will ALWAYS be targets. Jason wants more than that for his child. I think there is chemsitry between he and Sam. They also have a history together. Particulary when she lost her(and Sonny's) child..and Jason being the reason she can't have another. I like them together. 
It would be nice if they had her grow from her experiences, rather than make the same mistakes over and over.
...and I know there are the Liz and Jason fans but I really have to thank everyone for not being catty at all on here. It's really nice to have a thread where we can all agree to disagree and not be mean about it
