**Kate was right all along, with her phobia about curses and foreboding. Kate's wedding to Sonny goes ahead beautifully, every detail in place. That is, until a gunshot makes its way into the bride's chest. Olivia's instinct is to go straight to Kate, glare at Sonny, and pray to God for the best. She is joined by Carly. Olivia won't let Kate out of her sight, all the way to General Hospital. Olivia seethes with rage against Sonny for causing this and being so deceitful about his going legit. Olivia dares Sonny to be a man and take responsibility. Jax freaks out about Carly and Morgan's welfare in the aftermath of the wedding bloodbath. Jax wants to make sure Carly and Morgan are safely ensconced in the hotel. But that doesn't mean Jax wants Carly back. He couldn't bear being hurt by her again, so he rebuffs her. A delirious Kate blathers out loud about Olivia and her secret love child with Sonny - to Patrick. Burdened with this huge paternity secret, Patrick debates with himself as to let Sonny in on it. There's another reason Olivia's by Kate's side, and it's to insure there's no blathering of the secret. Sonny goes to Jason and requires he take over the mob again, and exact retribution on those who went after Kate. Jason uses what happened to Kate to make a big impact on Elizabeth. Elizabeth doesn't care what happened to Kate. She insists it doesn't matter, she desires Jason too much. Lulu has a very bad day, which only grows worse. Johnny has to escort Lulu safely to Shadybrook, feeling sick to his stomach about what this wedding shoot-out means for his freedom. Johnny and Lulu have a run-in with Tracy. Johnny is prepared to do what's necessary, it's in his legacy after all. Lulu goes downhill, fast. Anthony makes Ric his righthand guy, entrusting the lawyer with more power and insider knowledge. Claudia keeps eyeing Ric, sure he knows more than he's telling. Ric and Claudia are definitely hot for one another. The bloodbath at Sonny and Kate's wedding scares Robin into changing her mind about marrying Patrick. Robin asks Patrick to marry her, in a very public manner. Hold that thought, Robin. Emergency calls. Patrick declines Robin's proposal, nicely. Robin talks about Patrick's response with Mac. Mac is kind to Robin. To Patrick… Mac puts the cuffs on Patrick yet again. This time, he charges Patrick and Robin with the task of working out their differences and coming to a resolution already. They do! As in I do wedding vows in their immediate future. Nikolas takes Nadine to bed. It's a lovely, tender moment. But she just can't leave well enough alone. The bets are on as to who tried to take out Kate: Karpov or Anthony. Big money's on Anthony framing Karpov, and Ric going along with it. Sonny blows a fuse when Jason won't immediately go into retaliation overdrive. Elizabeth's name is mentioned in place of Kate's as a what-if. Jason puts the fear of God into Karpov.

Next week: Big *****, aka Max's dad, comes calling, expecting his oldest boy to be in charge of the Port Charles mob… Jason plays along, pretending to be Max's righthand guard… Maximus Giambetti takes a fancy to Diane… Karpov goes after Alexis… Jax has an intense dispute with Nikolas… Kate encourages Olivia to tell the truth to Sonny before it's too late.

GH: Night Shift previewsThings look grim for Robert. It's ER time. Anna breaks land speed records to comfort Robin and Robert. A bunch of racist idiots arrive at the hospital for various ailments. The hospital staff would rather let the racist idiots rot, but they have to do their job. Not an easy task. Eric puts Kyle on the spot about his grudge against Claire and Leo. He brings up the subject of grace. **

**Claudia finds out that Ric and Anthony are setting up Karpov. She reveals the truth to Sonny.

Claudia confronts Ric, their bonding comes to an end.

Sonny goes to Claudia with a plan to destroy her father.

Olivia gets the wrong impression when seeing Sonny and Claudia. She defends Kate and sticks by her.

Jerry who is angry over being decieved by Sam and losing Alexis, has Sam arrested while doing business for Karpov

Jerry attempts another plea to Alexis, Alexis informs him she knows that he got Sam in trouble and it's very interesting since he has worked for Karpov all along.

Jerry is hurt when Alexis delievers the final blow, however he is determined to protect her from Karpov's edict that Alexis be taken care of.

Alexis doesn't trust Jerry when he attempts to warn her . Jerry won't stop in his mission to keep her safe.

Johnny breaks LuLu's heart in an effort to keep her from destroying herself or having to deal with the constant stress put on them by their families.

Claudia and Nikolas regret seeing Johnny and LuLu in so much pain.

Claudia admits to Johnny that she feels safe with Nikolas.

Nadine attempts to keep Nikolas at bay fearing he may not really be interested in her to the extent that she is interested in him.

Nadine misinterepts a moment between Claudia and Nikolas.

Anthony challenges Ric to be more then his father and go the distance with him.

Trevor warns Ric that Anthony is leading him too far in and then he'll just let Ric hang out to dry.

Robin attempts to get through to Matt for Patrick's sake.

Robin is hurt by Patrick's refusal. Both wonder if they will ever be at the same point in their relationship together.

Patrick and Robin make up after the failed proposal and agree to let marriage happen when they both feel it's the right moment.

Liz attempts to ease a spooked Jason after Kate is shot.

Liz admits she has fears and probably always will, but she wants to share her life with Jason, anyway she can.

Sonny and Jason butt heads when Jason doesn't give in to Sonny's demands.

After the crisis Carly sees that Jax is as protective as always and wonders how Jax can walk away when he clearly still cares so much.

Jax doesn't know if he can continue to work along side Carly.

Sam and Lucky admit they love eachother and talk about what that means for them in the future.

Sam, Lucky and Jason make an unlikely trio when they depend on eachother to bring down Karpov's counterfeit drug ring.

Sam assures an insecure Lucky that he is the man in her life and she doesn't want or need anyone else.

Luke returns to see that Laura indeed does reawake at times. They share a reunion.

Tracy is hurt to see Luke and Laura's still clearly stong love and bond.

Tracy has been keeping a secret.

Laura tells Luke it's okay if he moves on.

Luke confronts Scotty.

Maxie lends a sympathetic ear to Matt as he talks about Noah

Spinelli fears that Maxie will forever see him as just a friend. He wants to sweep her off her feet.

Spinelli is jealous over Matt and Maxie's apparent connection. Maxie misinterepts Spinelli's jealousy but still tells him that no one could mean more to her then Spinelli.

When Max's father comes to town, it's discovered that Max has overblown his position in the organization. He needs help keeping up that cover.

Max is horrified to see his father interested in Diane. **

Here's the Scoop! 09.29.08

**Karpov's not the guilty party. Who will all learn that Anthony was the one holding the gun? Well it looks like Ric will know the truth eventually. Claudia will figure out that Karpov didn't pull the trigger and Jason wants to investigate despite Sonny ordering him to take action. Looks like ZaCrazy's plan is working pretty well. Will Jason declare war?

So we know that Sonny and Kate never make it to the "I Do" part of their wedding. What about those pesky RUMORS I posted last week? According to these RUMORS, Sonny will take a bride it's just not Kate. Is the newest Mrs. Corinthos going to be Olivia, Claudia or Carly? My money is on Claudia. Would Guza really have Sonny in a Marriage of Convience with the woman responsible for his son being in a coma?

What about the former dynamic duo of Sonny and Jason? As we've mentioned, Sonny wants the biz back. Will Jason give it up? It's not likely.

IF Sonny's next Bride is Claudia... here's how it COULD go down. Sonny wants to act against Karpov but he finds out that it was Anthony behind the shooting. He and Claudia strike a deal. She's getting more involvement in the family business but she's still a woman so she'll never be allowed completely in. Jason won't give Sonny the biz back and he needs power. Marry Claudia, let ZaCrazy think he's really pulled one over on the almighty Sonny Corinthos and really be working him from the inside.

A speedboat and a freighter... the two are not supposed to crash into one another.

Remember.... there are more weddings coming. In an interview, Claire Coffee said she was being fitted for the weddings coming up and she wasn't in attendance at Skate's nuptials. According to RUMORS there are more marriages coming up.

Camping trip kicks off today. Lucky and Sam pick up the boys from Elizabeth and she heads to the airport to meet Jason.

Will Elizabeth confide in Robin? She MAY be telling the expectant doc more about her and Jason. Including who Jake's father really is. Robin breaking down? RUMORS say she'll have a mini-breakdown.

Paint fight... More RUMORS are pointing to yes and remember, the paint fight and LuSam table love were dropped togther. Food is involved in LuSam's scenes and RUMORS say Jason gets hurt during the paint fight.

Who's kid is it? RUMORS about Sonny's son hitting town are all over the place. There was some SPECULATION that Olivia isn't the mommy BUT now I am seeing that the BIG SECRET is that Kate (Connie) knew Olivia was pregnant with Sonny's baby and agreed to never tell him. Could that be why Connie left Sonny standing on the corner? Where has Sonny's son been?

RUMORS say he was raised by Nonna, the grandmother we've been hearing so much about. What brings Dante to Port Charles?

Karpov thinks Jerry has double crossed him. He needs an easy target to get back at Jerry. Insert Alexis.

Sweeps! Someone's in a coffin... will the story be a Whodunnit? RUMORS have had Karpov dead by Sweeps. Maybe he's in the coffin. CRAZY RUMOR that the flash forward of the coffin is actually for next November and that all of the next year will be leading up to the funeral. Are we watching LOST?

RANDOM RUMORS... Kate knew exactly who lived in Port Charles when she decided to make it her weekend getaway. Jason is with Elizabeth when he misses an important message. Luke and Laura start filming together this week! Sam's arrested...who turns her in?**

The writing is really not so great right now. When is Luke coming back?

Oh and wtg Epiphany about trying to kick Claudia to the curb...so, someone she knows and is not friendly with, sure we'll let her into ICU. Why not? And howcome Karpov was in the ICU area??? Wouldn't that be restricted?

Here's the Scoop! 10.01.08

**The love story of Jason and Sonny MAY be coming to an end. Sonny wants his organization back and Jason's not in the giving mood. Would Kate stay with Sonny if he goes back to the biz? RUMORS say she'll tell Jax that she can't. No worries, he has that MOC with Claudia coming up.
Will Kate ask Diane if Sonny's back in the mob? It looks like that's what's happening. Olivia MAY tip her cousin off but it's Diane that confirms what Kate's been told.

It's Carly selling out! Carly sells her half of the Metro Court to Nikolas!

Olivia meet Claudia... I bet you don't like her. Olivia will see Claudia and Sonny in a close moment together and she'll confront him about consorting with mobsters.

Jason takes Elizabeth to see Kate today. Is he a little mean with her? There are RUMORS that he throws a low blow and asks her if she wants to leave her children motherless. Elizabeth tells Jason this does not change anything as far as she's concerned. They argue, she leaves and he thinks he's finally gotten through to her.

Patrick's going to be a busy man. He's operating on Kate, learning her deep dark secrets and turning down Robin's proposal. No fear Scrubbies, they will get engaged, I'm hearing it happens at the park. Is the wedding before the baby I mentioned yesterday just an attempt at marriage? It looks like they'll try to get married before the bundle of joy arrives. It's Uncle Matt to the rescue as he is key in saving Robin during the delivery. CRAZY RUMOR that in his honor, the baby will be named Hunter. Didn't they already do this with Morgan?

Luke returns and it's definitely not a happy reunion for husband and wife. We'll get more Tracy though and that's always a good thing in my book. What about Laura? She'll be around also as Luke is RUMORED to learn that Laura is improving. Has Tracy been in contact with Laura's doctors all along?

JoLu...they break up, Johnny crashes the boat and then he realizes it was all for nothing. Lulu's not as crazy as everyone keeps telling her she is. Laura's really getting better and she really did get that note. While Johnny's acting out, Lulu's getting out of Shadybrook. Julie Marie Berman will take a two week vacation to go on her honeymoon. Will it affect her screentime? Not sure as pre-tapping MAY have occurred.

Will Karpov want Jerry to prove his loyalty? In another CRAZY RUMOR, the Russian mobster MAY want Jerry to kill Alexis. IF this is true, it's not about Alexis being Jerry's weakness. Alexis sets her sights on taking Karpov down and he's not happy about it.

Still seeing RUMORS that Jerry wants revenge on Sam. He's been played and it cost him Alexis. Really what we SHOULD see is that Jerry thought he could get Sam to break first and admit she's been trying to work him over. The plan "blows up in their faces," Jerry loses Alexis and their is tension between mother and daughter.

Maximus Giambatti... Max and Milo's Dad hits town next week. Jason plays enforcer to protect the lies the boys have been telling. Don't forget Liason Fans, SPOILERS say that Maximus sees Jason kissing Elizabeth.

Will Jax reconsider Nikolas' offer? RUMORS have Carly and Nikolas working together. Will it be Carly selling out to the Prince?

Here's the Scoop! 10.02.08

**Paint Fight...I'm hearing that it's cute and very couplish (is that a word?). RUMORS still say that Jason hurts his ankle, a sprain, and Elizabeth tends to her man. Any sexy times for Liason? Not 100% sure, but there are RUMBLINGS that they are coming.

LuSam...Lucky and Sam SHOULD have more time together. Remember, thanks to Jerry, she gets arrested. Anyone recall those RUMORS from a few weeks back where Lucky and Nikolas go to Alexis to plead Sam's case? It looks like those are popping up again but it's just Lucky defending his gal. Sexy times for LuSam? If the RUMORS are correct, there is plenty coming our way. Sweet scenes as "I love you's" are exchanged.

Tracy goes looking for Luke. I'm pretty sure she finds him.

Jason and Sonny at war? It looks like that MAY be coming. We already know that Jason will refuse to return the biz to Sonny. They'll argue and that's how it SEEMS he hooks up with the Z's for the MOC to Claudia. What about Kate? It looks like she MAY turn to Carly for some help. Who else is seeking Carly's guidance? Olivia. She has some questions for the former Mrs. Corinthos.

Lulu gets out of the nuthouse and if you remember, there were RUMORS that she'd be the first one meeting Dante. It COULD be upon her release that she meets the secret son. He's dumped her, for her own good, but Johnny wants Lulu back. She's not willing to put her heart out there again. Lucky tells Johnny to stay away.

Sonny's Son... has he been cast? Will Bradford Anderson tackle a dual role? Will Sonny's son wind up being Spinelli as it's been RUMORED almost as long as Bradford has been on General Hospital? It's all out there. Whichever route they go in, they better do it right or this storyline will suck. Hopefully they've learned how to introduce a character. They nailed it with Olivia's introduction.

Maxie to the rescue? SPOILERS say she'll try to keep Crimson going while Kate's in the hospital. She's also in on trying to help Lulu. Spixie try to bust her out and Maxie goes to Johnny for help.

JLex and this Jerm mess... Sam's still working Jerry. She wants his PDA and it's Jerm PDA that Alexis MAY walk in on. I'm not sure about all this so grab the salt just to be safe. It looks like Alexis gets a search warrant for Sam's apartment. When she arrives, Sam is trying to work one over Jerry in the hot tub. Alexis walks in on them kissing.

Nikadine...hot or not? My roomie had to watch it twice she loved it so much. Nadine leaves in a hurry, confusing Nikolas. Remember, he compares her to Emily and she's not interested in being a place holder. Whatever goes on in Nadine's whacky head, she plants a smooch on Spinelli in front of Nikolas. Thankfully Elizabeth steps in and gives Nikolas a lesson on girls. Will Nikadine go for round two? RUMORS say they will.

RANDOM RUMORS... has Johnny cracked the case? He thinks he knows who shot Kate. Elizabeth hears that Kate may never walk again and this SHOULD have her seeking out Jason. Jerry talks Karpov out of killing Alexis. He's such a good boyfriend. Why does Nikolas really want the Metro Court?**
