The GH Official Thread Part 3

Does anyone else think that TJ & Molly's surrogate will decide she doesn't want to give them the baby and will then run away with it? I know that's a year away, but I like to think ahead. :D

I'm thinking if Kristina is the surrogate, that will definitely happen. I'm also wondering if Molly and TJ decide they actually want Kristina, but now that Kristina is heading up this new project, she may tell them she can't do it, she's too busy.

They agreed that they don't want Kristina to be the surrogate (I think that was on Monday or Tuesday's show). I'm sure there will be a huge meltdown when Kristina finds out they're going to use a different surrogate.

I'm just wondering when they start interviewing people they can't find anyone and have to turn to Kristina.

I hope Valentin is good too. His scene with Spencer and baby Ace was sweet and seemed sincere.

They are clearly foreshadowing Spencer and Esme getting back together as a couple (and an apparent breakup of Spencer and Trina), with the Spencer/Ace/Esme family photo session.

I agree, does look like they are pushing Esme and Spencer together. I wonder if Spencer doesn't have any interest in Esme, but Trina sees the pictures and breaks it off with him.

Eww Eddie hitting on Carly lol.

Ok so this is what I want to see with Eddie and Olivia because I’m a big ol romantic: he falls in love with her and she falls in love with aspects of Eddie. Then say around Christmas, he gets his memory back.

Well, with Nina and Sonny planning a Valentine's Day wedding, it's possible that Ned will be Eddie until then. The most obvious ending to the story is that his memory comes back and he bursts into the wedding as Ned and spills the truth. I do hope, for Olivia's sake, that she and Eddie form a connection or at least find some common ground so she's not always worried about him. Hopefully Tracy won't succeed in getting him committed.

Speaking of Tracy, I wonder how long she'll be in town? Usually her visits are fairly brief, just long enough to stir up trouble or be present for some family tragedy until she disappears again. She's been around for months already, blackmailing Brooklyn to steal secrets from Deception, dealing with Ned/Eddie, sparring with Gregory, etc. She's more enmeshed in several storylines than usual. Jane Elliot planned to retire and briefly visit the show about once a year. This feels almost like she's coming out of retirement. I love having her on the show, so I hope she sticks around for awhile longer.

I read a theory on another forum, so this is not a spoiler, that maybe it's Liesel that is stalking Anna, that she had a break over Britta. Not sure I believe that, but the person that set Anna's house on fire did seem more like a body of a woman than a man.

I just got around to watching Friday's episode. In what universe does a person have to be "checked out" of a police department? The bar didn't want to press charges after the brawl so everyone should have been free to go. In real life, people who post bail, get released from prison or even those who are found not guilty in a lengthy trial can walk outside and call an Uber all by themselves. None of the three appeared to be drunk or otherwise impaired. So Carly can't leave until her college-aged daughter comes to get her? But Sonny, the town criminal, was deemed responsible enough to check out Ned? This one went a little too far.

Speaking of bad decision, Anna knows someone is out to get her. She installed extra security cameras around her home. She cautiously asks, "Who's there?" before opening the door. But, she goes out jogging by herself, after dark without a second thought?

THIS! Was literally questioning my TV as I was watching! So ridiculous 🤣

I was thinking the same thing about Anna. Why would she go jogging by herself at night??? And why wasn't that door locked? I would have thought she had a security system/alarm in her house that you would have thought she would have activated when leaving the house. Why isn't anyone looking at her security camera footage??? We have cameras at our house and someone who walks up our driveway and walks along the sidewalk to the front door would be caught on at least 3 different cameras. And I'm not surprised they're thinking about Valentin as a suspect, but we all saw the arsonist standing in the bushes when he was was coming and/or going from the house so it can't be him (unless he hired someone to do it).
