The GH Official Thread Part 2

Mary Anne said:
what I thought was more interesting was where they were.

How true!! Maybe others ARE involved...

Darn my guide had a totally other show listed in the 8 pm slot for the Soap Channel. Missed it all. But I did catch the last few minutes tonight and I think they are repeating them all this Sunday, so I will be sure to not only set the DVR but to Watch them too. Between the two hopefully, I'll be able to see them.

Does anyone think that based on today's events and the fact that we know Robin is alive and well that other previously dead people could also be a part of this and come back? The one I'd most like to see is Alan.

**Sonny gets ready to ask Kate to marry him.
Jason goes to swing his fist and winds up pummeling Spinelli in error. Yay! Er, whoops!
Elizabeth sounds like she’s defensively campaigning for Ewen as her next boyfriend to a skeptical Jason. She goes on about how she wasn’t sure about the psychiatrist initially since he presented such a foreboding mystery to her, but now that’s all changed. Oh, has it?
Elizabeth seeing Ewen socially disquiets Jason.
Jason keeps Ewen on his toes: treat Elizabeth right, or else.
Patrick vouches for Ewen to Elizabeth, adding that he’s glad she’s taking the psychiatrist on.
Ewen deems Patrick okay enough to check out of GH.
And yet, Elizabeth feels foreboding somehow.
Little Aiden chokes on a morsel, nearly coming to an end.

John McBain takes a swing at Todd, while Sam looks on, aghast.
Todd says he only did it to McBain out of frustration with Blair marrying Tomas.
Sam ushers McBain out of the premises, far from Todd.
Fit to be tied, Todd sics the PCPD on McBain, which means Dante has to perform the arrest.
John McBain cools his jets in lock-up, because of Todd.
Sam and Alexis chip in to lift McBain out of his jam.
Sam asks Alexis to represent McBain.
Alexis tries to get into Sam’s head about this McBain character.
Sam goes over what she feels for John McBain, when dishing with sister Kristina.
Todd keeps spiraling downward, after losing Blair for good.
Carly babysits Todd as best as she can; the guy is a handful.
Carly tries mightily to convert Todd to good, but he’s so tempted to be bad.
Starr works overtime to get her dad, Todd, to let John McBain off the hook.
Noticing Trey’s uncharacteristically quiet demeanor, Starr lets him vent if he wants to.
Johnny aims to ferret out info from Starr on Trey’s secret, under the belief that it impacts Kristina.

Joe Jr. tempts Johnny into an alliance.
Joe Jr. gets Trey to romance Kristina long enough to get her to the altar.
Sonny and Trey box like prize fighters in the gym.

Olivia opens her eyes. But the nightmare continues for her. LSD is such a trip that lingers.
Dante and Lulu check in on Olivia, who experiences a jolt of reality.
Lulu listens to Maxie’s advice and pees on that stick.

Next week: Watch out, Alexis!... Carly worries about her daughter Josslyn’s welfare… Something terrible is happening to the females in this town… Jason and John McBain must set aside their differences for the greater good… Ewen sticks out like a sore thumb to Jason.

Gossip for the week of 06-Aug-2012

**Jason Thompson (Patrick) will leave GH by December, most likely to resolve the Scrubs love story when Kimberly McCullough (Robin) returns. He will lead the charge to save Robin from the bad guys, living happily ever after off-screen. It’s been rumored, additionally, that Thompson wants to try primetime/film.

Ewen is merely a pawn in this mind control experiment. Even Jerry Jacks, who is Ewen’s immediate boss, has to answer to a higher power. Jerry forces Ewen to tow the line by threatening Elizabeth. And the person above Jerry wields a heavy trump card too, to get him to do their bidding. Alexis is one of those loved ones Jerry holds dear and would do almost anything for, but her life hangs in the balance with an illness. Jax returns to summarily deal with his ne’er-do-well brother.

Blacked out for a comment on a spoiler

The fact that Jerry is a pawn makes me think I was right that there are more people involved. I'd like to think it is either Faison or Helena. Not that I have anything against the OLTL characters but I hope they don't rewrite GH history and make it one of them.

Oh, definitely. Can I just say I love Sebastian Roche?!? You love to hate him. He's a great actor.

Sitting here sobbing right now watching the BJs heart episode on greatest moments. So glad I'm DVRing too!

Lucky Spencer was the cutest kid. I loved when Luke and Laura came back to town with Lucky. Tony and Bobbie had BJ. Felicia had Maxie. However, no one ever seems to stay happy on the Soaps.

Wasn't the writing so good on that episode. I watched the whole thing riveted even though I knew what was going to happen although I honest don't think I ever saw this episode before. And I so enjoyed seeing Alan, Lucy, and Frisco again. I wish they would go back as far as they could and just show all of the old shows again. I know they are showing some retro shows the middle of the night on soapnet but those are pretty recent, I'd much rather see late 70's and all of the 80 shows.

Another baby kidnapping? Why do they always have to go down that road?

My guess is that Jerry is sick (had a coughing fit thurs) and needs a bone marrow transplant or something from a relative. Of course no one would voluntarily help him so he must snatch the baby. Maybe Jax will return and save the day!

Ingo is already tweeting about his return. I think he's about to begin taping......

I love to hate Jerry Jaxx lol. Watching tonight's blast from the past: luke and laura's wedding love seeing the back in the day characters, rick springfield wowswes lol

**Jason and Sam end their marriage formally and in person, agreeing it’s best.

In a simple, straightforward, but heartfelt scene, Sonny asks Kate to be the wife of his dreams, the woman he’s always loved. First.

Carly and Johnny turn the place upside down for any sign of an MIA Josslyn.
Carly immediately alerts Jason about Josslyn having gone bye-bye for a scary second.
Carly jumps on a physical problem with Josslyn, speeding her over to GH.
At GH, Josslyn’s physical problem becomes major, rattling Carly and filling Johnny with guilt.
Carly discusses Josslyn’s prognosis with Dr. Steve Webber.
Johnny dares to ask the Lord Almighty for a favor; spare Josslyn, punish him instead (for accidentally causing the deaths of innocents).
Starr goes to see Josslyn – and comes away stricken with a déjà-vu like torment.

Sam gives Alexis the greatest news a mother can hear: she’s divorcing her enforcer husband, Jason. But after hearing it, Alexis seemingly drops dead.
Conveniently, John McBain’s there to assist Sam in taking Alexis to GH’s ER.
At GH, McBain and Sam are apprised of another recent patient check-in, similar to Alexis’: Carly’s daughter Josslyn.
Sam tries to ascertain from Alexis the events leading up to and during a recent trip to Wyndemere.
Alexis’ condition grows dire, to the point of life and death.
McBain puts two and two together as the good detective he is, and points himself in the direction of Wyndemere, where all this seemed to have started for Alexis. He deduces that Alexis was drawn to that terrible place.
McBain and Jason must tolerate one another, so they can team up and pursue this Wyndemere lead in person. There, they encounter another character who shows up out of nowhere.

Poor Dr. Ewen Keenan does what he’s told – or else. He doesn’t have to like it. The next few tasks will task even the strongest man.

Just when we thought (and wished on a star) that Heather was gone for good, she pops back up – in the form of neglected calls for Todd to wade through.

When Alexis mysteriously falls ill, Shawn is unexpectedly torn up about it.
Mac guides Shawn through his confusing emotions about Alexis, leading the war vet toward the realization that there’s something going on here—and that it’s not just one-sided.

Steve says he’s profoundly sorry for what Heather has done.

Lulu dumbfounds Dante with news that they are with child. Neither had planned on having children this early on, but it’s awesome.
Lulu and Dante check in on Luke, where they find out more about Heather and her working for someone else. They wrack their brains.
Dante and Lulu go in for their first ob-gyn checkup with Dr. Kelly Lee, on pins and needles. Should be a textbook pregnancy, right?

Patrick checks out of GH a sounder man, but safer?

Viewers get a sneak-peek into the next series of dastardly events about to befall the beloved citizens of Port Charles.

Trey talks to Kristina about his dad, the arrest, and maybe more than a hint about the overall game plan. You never know.

Next week: Kate flinches at the return of a shocking past image involving her alter Connie… Carly begins to wax romantic about her true soul mate Jax, NOT Johnny. This doesn’t feel good… A former character pops back up, ruining Johnny’s week… Todd buttresses his friend Carly, when she needs nothing but positive vibes right now… The good doc gives Lulu and Dante the full story on their pregnancy deal… Up to now, Ewen has been the dutiful soldier, obeying Jerry’s every dictates—until it affects Elizabeth.
