Do all guests get turn down service at the GF or is it by request only?

We never request it, and we've always gotten it.

All guest automatically get turndown service at the GF.

At the other deluxe resorts non-concierge guests can request turndown service, but it's not automatic.

We did not get it the first 2 nights, than we had a different mousekeeper and we got it for the 3rd and 4th nights and than back to the first housekeeper and we did not get it the 5th night. So I guess it depends on mousekeeping staff.
