The funniest or most bizarre thing your kids have ever asked Santa for

Well, just a few days ago, I sat down with my 3 year old Dnephew and said, so, what do you want Santa to bring you. He smiled, sat down on my lap and said, okay, (I'll try to type this phoenetically how he said it), a fowr wheewer, a howrse, and (this is when he got really excited) a PINTO BB GUN!! I said what is a "pinto bb gun". He got a little closer to me and said a little louder, and slower, a PINTO BB GUN. I said is this a new kind of BB gun? He said no, grabbed my face, said, look at my mouth and said again, VERY loud and VERY slow a PINTO BB GUN. Finally, I looked at my brother, who had a cheeky smile on his face and said, I give up, what is a pinto bb gun. He said, a PISTOL BB gun. So, looked at Dnephew and said, OH a pistol BB gun! My nephew smiled and said see, just like I said, a PINTO BB GUN! It was priceless!

When DD was 5, she asked for a baby brother or sister. But, not just any brother or sister, she wanted an adopted baby from China. I said, well Santa doesn't bring brothers and sisters, and besides, adopting babies from China is a little expensive! With tears in her eyes she sulked off to the office in the house. I didn't know what she was doing, she loved to play Barbie and Dora on the computer, so I thought, I will let her be, she just wants to be alone.

Well, a few days letter, the home phone rings and DH doesn't recognize the number. He answers it and I hear him say a few yeses and nos and a couple of okays and finally, I am so sorry for your trouble. When he got of the phone he was laughing hysterically. I said, what on earth is so funny. After he could breathe, he said, that was such and such adoption center. Apparantly we submitted an inquiry on the web about adopting a child in China! After a good laugh between the two of us, we explained to DD that while it was rather intelligent of her to think of such a thing, that she should not be looking at websites other than those we had already discussed. She said, I just thought I would help you in the process, in case you changed your mind! PRICELESS!

I got it AND :lmao::littleangel: lol

that's so sweet I think they should be adopting a child ASAP. :thumbsup2

I can't believe a 5yo was able to fill out a form! lol my dd is pretty good on a computer but wouldn't know how to spell adoption or how to google it & certainly wouldn't know how to fill out a form other than her name. (she's almost 7) they've got one smart child on their hands!

My DD when she was 4 asked Santa for a pink wheel barrow.

ok....then she kept talking about it and we realized she really meant it.

kinda hard to find a children's size wheel barrow in December, but we did and her Daddy spray painted it pink.

She loved it and still used it when cleaning up the yard around her playhouse :thumbsup2

when she was 3 to 4 (yes, it lasted that long), wanted to grow up and be a heart!!! She adored drawing hearts, drew them on everything she could!!!

I have a friend who's 3yr old granddaughter wants a puppy frog????? My friend cannot for the life of her figure out what's she's talking about. Does anyone know what a puppy frog is?

Could it be a "purple frog" as in a plush one? Otherwise, I have no clue!

When DS16 was 4 he was really into construction/demolition equipment. When my friend asked him what he wanted for Chrsitmas, he said "a plunger". I finally figured out that he was talking about the plunger used to detonate dynamite! For awhile we thought he wanted a bathroom plunger!

My dd asked Santa for a clementine orange for Christmas. She was pretty young at the time and one year everyone else had them in their stocking and I guess she noticed that she didn't. I told her Santa must have forgotten. The next year when getting her picture taken with Santa she asked for the orange! Nothing else just the orange. Santa seemed a little suprised and kept asking her if she wanted anything else. Nope no just the orange.
The funny thing was we had them in the refrigerator but she said they weren't special Santa oranges. Who knew the Santa oranges were so special. She did receive a special Santa orange for Christmas that year and was very happy!

The Mask (not the movie, but the actual mask from the movie). That is all he wanted when he was 4. He really thought it could make him this neat green faced character. I had to explain there was no way I could get it for him and if I could, it still would not make him green. He told Santa all he wanted was that mask.

Bacon and fake blood.

I remember this from a similar thread last year. I still chuckle about it from time to time. I also remember on that thread how many kids asked for bacon. I thought that was so funny :lmao::goodvibes:rotfl:

DS hasn't had any real doozies yet. Last year all he asked for was a guitar and lollipop and got both. This year it was a mickey mouse watch and a race track, all he has asked for months. I have both for him. Well we were in WDW last week and he told Santa all he wants are monorails, monorails and more monorails. Told every single person he saw that as well. Seriously all the kid is still talking about. Luckily mommy had a little extra money in her budget to pick one up ;)

I don't know what it is about the bacon ~ but DD8 asked for 1lb of bacon :confused3
She also asked for a Build-A-Bear gift card for $21.40 (I'm guessing she already figured for tax :lmao:)

Leg Warmers & A Pat Benatar CD (What is this 1982?)

Oh...And deodorant

:lmao: We just got back from WDW and we took DN9. THat was her birthday and Christmas present (and then some LOL). Anyway, when we got home I very nicely reminded her not to be disappointed on Christmas when she doesn't have a gift to open. She technically will have a present, her godchild Hallmark ornament I get her every year, but I wanted to make sure she is aware and not disappointed Christmas Day. I CVS/Rite Aid and have a huge stash in my basement and she sweetly said, "that's ok, I know Disney World is super expensive and the best gift ever. But could you make me a bag of goodies from your basement...I really, really want deoderant". I almost died :lmao: She will be getting a nice little bag of deoderant and shower gel from my "stash".
