I am her friend and she has called to ask me to ask you for help. She arrived at pop and they cannot find her fridge, coffee pot , toaster. Where does she go or what should she do? She is starting to get upset can any of you tell me what to tell her to do. Or who was before her to contact? Thank you so much.

It is very important that everyone who participates in this swap leaves information with the fridge so the POP Luggage Services knows who it is going to next.

We had a minor incident where our fridge was lost for a day. This is the 1st time this has happened and this swap has been running since April 2008.

PLEASE!!!! Leave the information I give you with the fridge. I am not sending everyone swapper information for the fun of it.

So glad that it was found. I just PMed you. Just so that I know, you will have the info of all swappers and sending everyone with the info of the next swapper for attaching to the fridge, correct? We don't have to contact the before and next swapper in line ourself, right? Thanks!

These past few days have been very active. The fridge was lost but thankfully found.


We lost a swapper and have some new swappers joining our swap as well.

Janomi picked the fridge up from us on Friday morning, everything was fine

The difficulty was that the box had none of my info on it. A previous swapper had just turned it in with their info still on the top of the box. It took a LOT of begging, pleading, looking pitiful, and finally getting someone in luggage services (who I think was just tired of us, to be honest) to release the items to us with someone else's name and info on it.

Not having the fridge would have been survivable (we could have rented) but not having the coffee pot would have been a disaster. We had three special needs people with us, and the adult is a coffee drinker who can only drink a particular kind of coffee (because of stomach issues, not pickiness) so getting to a Walmart in a taxi would have been a production.

Thanks so much to everyone who helped us out to "re-find" the items!
