the DD is super excited about a couple of the movies being shown. So it looks like we are going to work in the movies to our schedule as well.

Thanks for posting! What exactly is camp or treat, Is it trick or treating at campsites? Who has to sign up? The kids who want to trick or treat or people who hand out candy?

Yes it's trick or treating. You're supposed to sign up if you are giving out candy. They give you a little paper sign to display. We just set up a small table at the end of our site so it was obvious with me sitting there with a big bowl of candy that we were participating.

Halloween is this coming Saturday night. Hope it's good weather - at this point on Sunday, Halloween on Accuweather says "Pleasant with clouds and sun" 84/67F.

I'm also wondering how crowded it gets in the Fort? There are no golf carts available, just about every Disney hotel is sold out for the weekend and the Fort has been completely sold out for a long time. i know several people who were told to park at Wilderness Lodge and take the bus or boat over. It seems like in the past 2-3 years, this has become a huge event, much like seeing the Christmas campsite decorations. I wonder how long before Disney starts charging people to visit.

They just need to cut the locals out. I don't mind giving candy to the kids who are staying at the Fort, heck I wouldn't even mind giving candy to kids who were staying at other resorts, but I have no desire to put lots of candy in the bags of people who just live close by. My support is to other campers and people who have a love for Disney.

Just my opinion of course.
