Today was the day I was not looking forward too, it is departure day

. Stitch woke us up for the last time, we all got dressed and packed our last minute items. Our boarding passes and ME passes were delivered sometime before we woke up. I love that!
Jim runs to luggage services and grabs a luggage cart so we can shlep our suitcases down to luggage services to hold. Just as he returns mom shows up, so we use the luggage cart to take stuff to her car that she is taking home with her. Then we load up our luggage and head over to the luggage service to drop off our bags for them to do whatever it is they do with them so they arrive in Philadelphia safely. Mom & dad drive the car over to the main building and we head into Everything Pop for one last Disney Breakfast. I dont remember what everyone had, I just remember chatting and being sad that we were leaving.
After breakfast mom & dad take off for home and we have about an hour to kill before we have to be at the ME. I sit outside in the DSA with everyones carryon bags and Jim takes Jimmy and Andrew into the arcade to blow the rest of the arcade credits.
Then it is time to go to get on the ME bus. We got a great driver, who played Aladdin on the ride so Jimmy was entertained.
We get to MCO and make our way to the 3rd Floor so we can go through security. We had time to kill, so we looked around some of the stores. As we were in one store my cell phone buzzed that I had a text. It was from T. They were waiting for the ME bus and would be leaving for the airport soon. I was really hoping to see her again. We were both flying Airtran, so I knew we would be in the same terminal.
After our jaunt through the stores, we grab a snack and then head through to security. I have to say that compared to Philly, MCO is organized and the people are really nice. I go through with Jimmy and hand the TSA guy both of our boarding passes. He asks Jimmy his name, which Jimmy tells him then asks him how old he is. Jimmy holds up four fingers and the guy looks at him and says oh, youre 3.

Yeah, real Einsteins they have working for the TSA.
Then Andrew goes through, he asks Andrew his name and then asks him Andrew how old he is. Andrew says Ill be 15 next week. The guys looks at him and says great, how old does that make you today?
After we get through that part we go through the metal detectors. We take off our shows, turn on our electronics, etc. Jimmy goes through first, no problem. I go through, no problems. Andrew goes through, no problems or so we think. As we are putting our shoes on waiting for Jim another TSA guy goes whose bag is this. I look up and he is holding up Andrews brand WDW duffel bag. He says I have to search this bag

. Andrew goes over and I told Andrew wait for me, they cant search without an adult being there.
The guy was very nice and explains that they saw something suspicious, etc and they are checking for precautionary measures blah, blah, blah. I knew he didnt have anything in there because I packed his bag. Andrew however was a nervous wreck and he just kept talking and talking and talking. Finally I told him Shut up and let the man do his job, dont give him ideas, let he find what he thinks he is going to find, etc

Andrew just kept talking till finally it dawned on us what they saw
..
Remember those really cool salt and pepper grinders that Andrew bought for his dad at DTD? Yup they were round, shaped like a snowglobe. Once he looked at them, determined there was no liquid in them, he repacked Andrews bag (very nicely I must add) and we were off.
We go the gate and Jim decides he needs to go to the mens room. Jimmy wants to wait and go on the plane but Andrew goes with him. When they come back Jimis hysterical laughing. When he tells me why, I

. As he and Andrew were walking to the mens room room Andrew let out a long sigh of relief, when Jim asked him what was wrong he told Jim he was afraid that they were going to do a cavity search.
They call us to board and we do so without any hassle. T texted me just as we were boarding that they had arrived at MCO

. I was sad that I wouldnt get to see her again, at least until the next Fockerfest.
We take off on time and arrive in Philadelphia about 15 minutes early. Jim and I had to laugh at Andrew again though. Andrew was nervous of flying, you could tell. He held on for dear life during take off and landing. When we landed in Philly and the wheel hit the ground he says boy thats a lot of turbulence. I said dude, that was the ground

.
We all make a potty stop on our way to baggage claim and make it to the baggage belt just as our luggage is coming down the ramp. We had our luggage in record time. We called for the car and were on the road and home by 6:00ish.
It was a great trip to the world. I loved showing Andrew everything I love about WDW, even though he had some teen angst moments. I loved sharing our trip with Denise, Matt and Rose
even though there were some bumps. I especially loved meeting all of my Focker friends and I cant wait until we are able to plan another Fockerfest, which according to Jo will be August, 2010.

Everyone mark your calendars now!
My most lasting impression of this trip however, will be the time I got to spend with Jim and Jimmy, and my mom & dad. After the things that have been going on around here lately Disney helps me to remember that we all need to dream sometimes and our time at WDW allows us to do that, even if it is only briefly!
