Very weird. Sorry you had to experience that, and I am glad she didn't hit you hard, for sure!
Do you think maybe she was just a little mentally off? When I was about five, there was a young twenty-something girl on our street who was 'not quite right'. She saw me riding my bike on the sidewalk and came out to watch. She told me to ride down to a certain house and back, which I happily did to show off my five year old bike riding skills. Then she asked me to do it again. When I turned the bike around to go again, she whopped me right on the back of the head.
HARD! It knocked me off the bike, and of course I was shocked and cried. Luckily, another neighbor was in her yard and saw it all, so she rescued me and went and told the girl's family.
Your person sounds like she might have been a little 'off', too, because that is just so, so strange to smack someone over a spot in line. Now, I
do get that scenario with my second-graders sometimes....
Crystal Palace breakfast looks great. We have had three dinners there, but never breakfast. We want to, of course, and will get to it eventually.
