We have never tried sitting at the counter if it was ever busy when we went there we might though. I guess we have just been lucky because the two times we have gone there has been absolutely no wait and we were seated right away.

Loved the update. We stayed at BC in August and LOVED it. I'll miss staying there this time around. I want to try Beaches and Cream, but everytime we've tried to go, it's been packed. Then again, it was August. I want to try that Orange shake - YUM! Although, I think my little gal may try to steal it from me. Cute pics!

I love the Beach Club and Stormalong Bay looks awesome! When we walked through the Yacht Club though the lobby was literally filled with business men and had a really stuffy air about it.

Caitlin stumped me with the PeeWee Herman thing too

So glad you enjoyed Beaches and Cream! I would feel awful if someone took a suggestion and didn't like it! There is no way we could go and not get dessert so we ordered that yummy banana split but came nowhere close to finishing it

I am pretty sure we will make it over there in Sept too

Usually I have time to DIS but these past couple weeks were my last for this semester in college. So between two papers being due last week and 3 study guides to do this week I haven't had too much time on the DIS.

I love Beaches and Cream! I hope you get to try the kitchen sink!

Hey Howdy Hey Kids! Happy Saturday! Dawn and Caitlin here to do a joint post....

When we left off we had enjoyed a yummy lunch at Beaches and Cream and looked around both the Yacht and Beach Clubs. When we were finished we took a boat back to DHS. We love taking the boats around,even if walking might be faster, because it gives you a chance to just relax and take it easy and enjoy the scenery.

When we got back to DHS as we were headed down Hollywood Boulevard Caitlin was "discovered" by LeRoy Small the famous Hollywood Talent agent! He may be "small in name but he is big in talent" and asked if she needed any representation. He even gave her his business card! Caitlin had a good time talking to him and I just snapped random pics while they talked....

Mr. Small was occasionally distracted from his negotiations with Caitlin by his assistant who was having a hard time parking their car. He kept telling her to move it out of the guests way but she just couldn't get the hang of it....

She finally figured it out and as you can tell from her body language she was quite pleased with herself

As we continued up the Boulevard we had to stop for a PP pic

Our next destination was the Animation Building. I had made some new friends there in Sept and I couldn't wait to introduce Caitlin to them! When we got there we hopped in a line that took about 10minutes and then we met up with my friends.....

(if my smile doesn't give it away I love Dug! He reminds me of our Riley and I think he's adorable!)

(Caitlin got their autographs on her Vinylmation Mickey because she knew this would be the only time she'd ever meet them)

(I think Carl was charming her!)

(And yep, Kevin and Russell were there too!)


We had so much fun with them and I am so disappointed they are leaving on May 1! When we finished we caught up with grandma who had stayed in the Animation Bldg gift shop while we visited the Up guys. At this point she was getting worn out and needed a rest.

When we left the Animation Bldg our next stop was that favorite ride of ours. Remember we still had 4 sets of 3 fp for Toy Story Mania! As we headed over there grandma told us she didn't want to ride it again (yeah this made no sense to us TSM Maniacs!) So this time around it was just the 2 of us. And guess who was the victor this time?

Me! Let's hear it for the mom! When I finished my victory dance we found grandma and decided to pay a visit to both New York and SanFrancisco.

(Caitlin had to stop and use the pay phone in Chinatown)

Our wanderings through the backstreets eventually led us to this building...

(Caitlin felt particularly daring that day and hopped up for a pic with Kermit and then just as quickly jumped back down because well, she's not SO daring that she wants to get in trouble at WDW )

Never ones to pass up a store at WDW (or anywhere else for that matter) we ventured into the Muppet Store and........ hmmm I guess we'll stop here because we have TONS of pictures of the store and Muppet Theater so you'll just have to come back next time for that!
