So after our wonderful Tusker House breakfast we rode Safari and Kali Rapids and then said goodbye to DH who was by now in too much pain to deal with anymore park time. We rode several rides and then realized we were getting hungry again. I had planned on trying flame tree barbeque for lunch but I had no idea where that was and we were hungry right then so we looked around and saw a line for food and got in it. it turned out to be Yak and Yeti CS which I had decided against before the trip because I was sure Jonnie would want asian food if we were having it and the kids menu was very limited. It turned out not to matter though because once again a kind CM let him order off the adult menu (of course this could have been because we did have 4 adults listed on the keycard and only 4 people with us).
DS: surprised me and ordered the
Asian Chicken Sandwich which he picked at. I think I remember him saying he liked the meat on the sandwich but not the sauce. For dessert he ordered the
Mango Pie actually he ordered the mingo pie (a habit from his younger days when he was obsessed with flamingoes, thanks to his papa, and certain that mango and mingo had to be connected

). Now I should tell you that Jonnie loves anything with mango's or mango flavoring but he hated this and he wasen't alone. None of us liked it. I diden't ask Jonnie what he would rank these but the sandwich wasen't bad. I remember tasting it and thinking it was pretty good.
DD12 (now 13): ordered the
Shrimp Lomein which she liked alot and gave a
5
and the
Mango Pie which she disliked alot and gave a
0
(and insisted I use this smily)so this was a hit and miss meal for her.
DD10 (now 11): ordered the
Mandarin Chicken Salad which she liked and ranked a
4
. She ate quite a bit of it which made me happy too. She also ordered the choclate cake which she emphatically gives a
5
with the caveate that everything chocolate is a
5
me: I also ordered the
Shrimp Lomein which really hit the spot that day so I will give it a
4
and the Frozen Lemonade which was refreshing but too frozen and hard to eat so I give it a
3
. I shared it with DS who seemed to like it and it helped cool him down.
Our biggest problem here was seating there really wasen't anything available as it was majorly crowded. We found one table at the same time a family of four from New York did and decided to share which meant some of us stood and some of shared seats and nobody had any shade, but the company was good we had a nice conversation and a nice lunch so it wasen't all bad. I would rank this a
3
overall and would come back but only during non peak times when it might be less crowded.
