We fly in on a red eye from Seattle and arrive around 6 am. Last time by the time we changed our 2.5 year old's diaper, stopped at Starbucks and made it to Magical Express we had a coach all to ourselves!
We checked in, changed, had a food court breakfast and got on a bus to Epcot. We made it before EMH started. We did a few low key things that morning , lunch at Beaches and Cream, and then our room at POFQ was ready so we headed back. Our son had taken a few short naps in the stroller but still konked out in the room. Then we rested, unpacked, and explored the resort before meeting my mom and niece when their Magical Express arrived around 6:30. Food court dinner and early bed time before Crystal Palace the next morning.
Plan to do the same thing this summer except having to get a reservation for Beaches and Cream throws a monkey wrench in our plans.
