I've had the Firm for a few years and use it on and off. I absolutely love these workouts. I love the combo of cardio and strength training. I will warn you though, they are not the easiest workouts, but they are so worth it. When I first started I would get lost on some of the cardio steps and I would get worn out. Don't worry if that happens to you. Just march in place or do something to keep the heart rate going. When I felt I absolutely couldn't do anymore I would skip ahead to the cool down. On the good side I was surprised that it didn't take long before I was able to do the entire workout and I finally got the hang of the steps on the cardio portions. So, when you get them start slow and work your way up (some of that will depend on if you are doing any exercise now). Don't give up and you will see results and will love the workouts.
Thanks for the post - talking about them has made me want to do them again. Why do we so quickly give up on things even when we like them, like the results, and know its good for us? I am such a yo-yo exerciser!
