Okay, so chances are that you haven't seen this. I mean, the movie made $10 million in its opening weekend. That puts it in fourth, right behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens. HOWEVER, if you happened to see it, I'd love to know what you thought.

I saw it and I can't remember the last historical fiction movie that Disney did that wasn't a sports movie. The movie definitely lacks some of the inspiration of a "Miracle" or "McFarland USA," and yet it's hard for me to completely dismiss it. Ultimately, I think they should have taken a hair more of creative license and shown the Landry accident. I honestly believe that would have turned this from a lackluster opening to at least $20 million...which is good for January.

What do you think?

My family and I went to see this movie today and we all absolutely loved it. I feel it was the best movie from Disney that I have seen in a long time. It was very suspenseful and had us on the edge of our seats. Yep, finally a home run with this one! :)
