I hope this time it is not freezing again! I bought myself two new shorts, three cheapie t-shirts one of them being lime green and the other 2 being equally loud so you won't be losing me in the parks. I also bought a nice huge -- and I mean huge -- suitcase with wheels, the expandable kind. As I am staying almost 3 weeks away, I think I will need to bring more clothing than usual. This plus my kids' orders (Legos, Polly Pockets, harry Potter stuff) can be pretty bulky. I usually order books on folklore, storytelling, oral literature, and so on to be send to my hotel. As I usually travels once or twice a year and my family also does travel quite a bit, I thought this was a good buy.
I hope to be wearing shorts next weeks, folks!

I was in Orlando this weekend. It was a little chilly around 7 am, but things warmed up around 9 am.

This reminds me of my first time ever to WDW. September, 1995. I had arrived late in the evening. Early in the morning I was up, ready for the bus that would take me from I-D to MK. I looked at all those tourists in shorts with disgust. "Shorts", I thought, "I am not going to look like a tourist. I am dignified", as I noticed that I was the only one wearing jeans in the bus. Well, around 11 o' clock, I remember staggering into an Adventureland shop, buying a short and leaving the shop with the thing on.

I come from warm weathers, but I assure you that WDW can be more than I can bear.

The weather has been holding exactly as in that report since I got here Friday. I've been wearing sorts with tank tops in the day...adding a sweatshirt at night!! It's just beautiful!!

Hi everyone. Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. We saw Harry Potter last night. What a great movie. I thoroughly enjoyed it! There were some amazing special effects, too.
Just updated the weather report for 12/2. It's making me a little sad, though. I just posted the weather for the last day of the convention already.

Just wanted to give this a bump up. You're not going to believe this: I'm not feeling good. It started last night. I have a terrible sinus headache and sinus pain. My neck hurts and I'm feeling hot and achey all over. I never get sick like this. I wasn't even around anyone that's sick! I have 2 more days to get through this and you'd better believe I'm going to, even it if kills me!!!!!!! I am not a happy camper right now.
