I was hoping for closings today and then a verdict tomorrow. LOL I have my son's college graduation on Wednesday, I prefer they are done by then, don't they know my schedule?????

But my feeling is the Defense is going to run their mouths for 2 hours this afternoon with all their arguments.

BB Det. Alex Moreno, on #Dalia case, called to verify cell records so state can dispute def claim that Dalia and Shihadeh talked 500 times.

#Dalia defense claims they didn't lie about # of calls tween Shihadeh & Dalia; they just misread the records. Boosted count by about 475.

State, which gave very short openings, wants 90 minutes for closing arguments. So, even though #Dalia def only wanted 45, both get same amt.

Looks like we may get closings. Court can go till 6 pm with out the judge getting into trouble.
