OK...I'm going to be totally honest here...as pro- death penalty as I am, I think that one of the reasons that I've been SO intent on JA getting the death penalty is that she's such a despicable person and will never give that family, or the public, any peace. As far as the crime...as horrible as it was, I'm not sure I feel it rises to the level of getting the death penalty. There are people who, IMHO, unquestionably should get death, like the killer of Dr Petit's wife and daughters, Timothy McVey (Oklahoma City), etc.

EVERYONE IS ASSEMBLING IN COURT AGAIN. I think the jury will officially be hung.

I do like Joey Jackson tho, and I admire his ability to handle Nancy Grace. LOL But I miss CourtTV!

It was good to hear again that even with LIFE JA will be separate from the rest of the prison population for at least two to five years.

She gets uglier every time I see her. Gag.

Everyone on HLN saying they believe it will be a hung jury. I think that's a pretty safe bet. At least I feel prepared...no shockers coming, like with Casey Anthony. If they do say they've reached a verdict, I think I would assume DEATH, but it might not be.

At least she was convicted of murder 1. So at least it is not like an impasse for that thank god. I knew the it would be the judge deciding. So she is not getting away with anything. I do miss court tv also.
