Since I noticed a trend today about new movies, I thought it'd be a good time to ask what everyone thought of The Fighter. DH and I saw it last night and loved it. I've always like Mark Wahlberg (with and without his shirt 
) and thought he was great in this, too. Amy Adams was awesome--a far cry from Enchanted. Her character was a real tough cookie and she totally pulled it off.
IMO, however, Christian Bale was spectacular--totally deserves and Oscar for this performance. oh, and the woman who played the mom was so totally believable--another great performance.
I really enjoyed the whole movie (even though I dislike fights) and can't really find any flaws with it whatsoever. Anyone else?
