I think you made the right choice, POR is amazing. The pool is a lot of fun, great place to relax while the kiddies swim. There is a bar there right by the pool as well if you would like to have a drink. not that I really like that sort of thing.....

Too much dry numbers and contracts reading this morning kind of put my mind out into a vast dry wasteland... thank goodness for some little diversions like this now and again!

I woke up pretty early this morning, it was still dark out. I grabbed a coffee and sat outside in front of the food court facing the river. It was a crisp clear morning and I had a lot of time to think about things. I thought what a great place I am in life, a great family and I am on vacation at Disneyworld.

So I went back to get the family up and bring back breakfast with me to the room. We all got up and were out very quickly and made it to the Magic Kingdom for rope drop.

Hey, look who it is....

First stop was Matthew's fav....

Next up was the raceway....

We actually did this twice because there was no lineup at all, so we thought why not. Jonathan was next with his fav, The Haunted Mansion...
On a side note, another one of my photography goals was to get some shots of some of my favorite dark rides. Haunted mansion is one that I have been itching to get on with my new lens.

Next up was another one that we just do everytime we go, It's a small world....

We started walking around a little and came across this guy, who invited Jonathan for a game of checkers. Jonathan loved this, he sat for a good five minutes and played.

This is one of my favorite pictures of the trip, the look on Jonathans face just makes it all worth it.
This is what Disneyworld is all about!!

After we walked away we saw this little guy who stopped to get a picture with us.

Rabbit was getting pictures with other kids and I saw Fox sneaking around the corner like he was stalking the rabbit, very funny stuff....

I have to agree with Chris. These pictures are terrific. I love the one of Space Mountain, and I'm amazed you could hold it steady enough to pull off the dark shots.

For the photography geeks around here (I'm too cool for that, of course ), what kind of camera/lens are you using? Or did you answer that earlier in the report? I forget.

You did the race cars twice?! With no line?! That NEVER happens!

And the character interactions are priceless. I'm sure the boys loved it.
