The Ever Changing Resort PTR, June 2016...Completed!

Oh no!!!! Well you know what? The best laid plans and all............AND, just because we don't do everything on our list certainly doesn't mean our trips can't be awesome Putting it on next years' to do list (along with characterpalooza lol) just gives you more to look forward to. And about your DH saying he hates people! Steve comes off as very much a people person and does love to entertain people he likes. That being said he detests crowds and has so very little patience when he feels it's crowded in Disney, which basically means a 4 on easywdw's 1-10 scale! I've just learned to tune out his complaining and eventually he stops, kind of like our children.....................

Yes, I felt better after venting here. I guess I was at the "acceptance" part of the process by then! Lol

And yes, we definitely had fun and I wasn't ready to come back!

I already told my husband to let me plan it and follow my plans, and I'll keep him from as many people as I possibly can!

Well most of you have figured out we are home now. Got home around 10:30 or so last night. Today I unpacked, did some laundry and played catch up. Tomorrow I am going to try to take Will to the doctor as he developed a fever in Disney (103.1 Friday night at DHS). Thinking it could be an ear infection as he mentioned his ear hurting, but he's also coughing and sneezing. Tuesday my 22 year old stepson and his girlfriend arrive from Colorado and Wednesday we leave for Louisiana as my DH's cousin is getting married Saturday.

I say all this because I don't think I will get my TR started until we get back the beginning of next week. The good news is, I uploaded all my photos to my work laptop, though I still need to download the photo pass ones. And, more importantly, the computer connected to the Internet wirelessly today, at home! So, I should be all set to work on the TR once we get back!

@Jfsag123 I think we got to Tomorrowland at 10:30! We headed to the Speedway as my 4 yr old determined that was one of his favorite rides, so we were riding for the third time this trip!

I am so delayed in responding to this lol. Sounds like we just missed you! Maybe next year. Ugh, my kids love the speedway too but I hate it. We are supposed to ride it Thursday and I'm not excited. You are a much kinder mother than me to ride it three times!

Eh, first trip with memories and all.....I let him lead quite a bit. But it won't always be that way. I'm hoping next year he likes more of the "thrill" rides! I've decided on 6/3-6/11 I think. One extra day at the beginning to get settled at the resort. Then the usual 7 day park hoppers. And I decided my first choice of resort is VWL. I can't pass up being that close to MK while my kids are little AND I've always wanted to stay there. I think I'll save BCV for the trip after (hopefully 2019). Yes, I started really digging into the planning on the car ride home from this trip....haha!

Ok, so I lied...I started my trip report. I just couldn't help myself. Not sure if I will get to any more updates until after the Louisiana trip, but at least the intros are done. I've been messing with my PhotoPass photos and plan to download them to my work computer here in a minute. It says it could take up to two hours so I'll just let it work as I sleep!

Definitely take advantage while you can! I'd do longer if I thought I could get away with it! Have you put any thought to resorts or dates next year? We really should plan a mini meet up!

We are tentatively talking about 6/6-6/16 with a 5 night each split between BCV and BLT again. Our plan was to split with a different resort and BLT each trip so we could try new places, but Cora fell completely in love with BCV so we may have to return. Plus I never got a chance to try Stormalong Bay because of my stupid toe, so there's that. We so need to make the mini meet up happen!
