I got a few...
When dd13 was a newborn, I made her a formula bottle before I went to bed and to save time and my insanity for getting up every 3 hrs. in the night to feed, I thought it made good sense to keep her formula bottle under her bassinett so I didn't have to warm it up, it would already be room tempI POISENED HER! I gave her a spoiled bottle! She projectile puked up the whole thing...I felt soooo bad.
REMEMBER--ALWAYS REFRIGERATE BOTTLES!
I used to dip my babies paci's in sugar to get them to, for a lack of a better word...SHUT UP!
I accidently shut dd9 finger in the van door when she was about 5She was fine, but I felt horrible.
I spank!
My babies used to spend hours in the baby swing so I could get stuff done around the house.
I have had 2 babies have RSV and have to spend a week in the hospital on oxygenThat one is a hard one to let go. I still feel really bad. Happened to ds9 and dd3. ds was 4months old and dd3 was 2 months old. They both developed pneumonia too.
Hahaha, I took my daughter to the movies one summer day and we pulled into the parking lot and I had rolled up the windows and went around to open her door...and I noticed her hand sticking outside the window....that I had rolled up. Hahaha, I felt so bad! She was crying and I had to go back around and start the car to unroll the window. She had a big dent in her wrist that later turned black and blue. We laugh about it now.
Also, she had a nightmare one night and was sleeping with me and I woke up to see her on the floor crying. She had landed on on a wicker basket that broke and put a giant gash on her arm (which she has a scar from 5 years later). In the morning I noticed her arm and said "Oh my gosh! What happened!!" and she said "Don't you remember waking up last night and seeing me on the floor crying?" I told her I didn't remember so she continued on "You shoved me out of bed because you thought I was trying to eat poisonous berries and I landed on the basket and you told me I'd be okay and went back to sleep"
I'm not a very good mom, considering that is just two stories of the many where my child was injured because of me.

Maybe...information?
OTOH, I let him and his brother stay in their pjs all day today, seeing as it was the last day of winter break. Oh yes, and he drank coke, several times during this vacation. I'd better stop there, my dsis knows my screenname. Is that enough bad parenting?
She was mighty tasty though.
