Hi there!

We are finally making a trip to Disneyland this summer instead of WDW now that our son is tall enough for Radiator Springs Racers! So excited!

In my research I am finding that Peter Pan is rather elusive at Disneyland, and sort of just appears to do meet and greets. Peter is my son's hero and he is a bit desperate to meet him at Disneyland. Any ideas or strategies about when and where we may be able to find Peter?

Thank you in advance!

If you go to City Hall and ask, they should be able to tell you where and what time he will be out...that is, if he is planning on making an appearance that day.

We've seen him a few times at the Minnie & Friends breakfast along with Captain Hook.

Both times we've seen him it was near pixie hollow and the castle in the morning/ early afternoon. He had no handler and was super unassuming. My daughter spotted him with no line and ran up for an autograph. Afterwards, a line started building. Good luck! pixiedust:

I've also seen him sword fight with Hook through Fantasyland and set up near Dumbo for pictures.

I wouldn't say he's that elusive. I've seen him several times at the back of the Matterhorn with Captain Hook early in the day.

Peter Pan is not an everyday walk-around character at Disneyland. However, during the summer, he would be more likely to be around than in less busy times. As for him being elusive, yeah, he has to be: https://www.flickr.com/photos/perlster/8561801165/ Peter Pan as the Pied Piper by perlster, on Flickr

In fairness, he encourages that! We once saw him in Fanstasyland and he had my girls follow him all the way to the flag pole before stopping for autographs/pictures.

At the end of January/beginning of Feburary, we saw him with Captain Hook on the path between Fantasy Faire and the castle (over the bridge on the path, closer to the castle than Fantasy Faire). There was a handler with them, which sort of surprised me.

We also saw him out wandering by himself in Fantasyland earlier in the day.

My daughter was thrilled! He took the most adorable pictures with her! It was a happy surprise, for sure!

We saw him at Minnie and Friends as well as at Goofy's Kitchen - he isn't the easiest character to find from what I have read so the kids were happy. It was fun to see him interact with Captain Hook who is almost always at Minnie's.

We saw him right near Pixie Hollow as he came 'flying' through. Once we saw him running through Fantasyland, he stopped by my son and flung his hat off and kept going...it was pretty funny :)

I have seen him running through Fantasyland and peeping into Pixie Hallow...

He once just appeared next to DD while she was staring at SW's Grotto, he wanted to see what had her so intrigued and chatted her up ... I was so happy that I had my camera at my finger tips :-)

We were last there a few years ago, but we saw him at the entrance with a whole heap of other characters including the Mad Hatter and Snow White. Had no idea he was elusive, so pretty glad I got that photo now!

I've recently (past week or two) seen him at the Matterhorn across from the Alice bathrooms with Hook and (same day) near the wishing well alone. If alone he often will roam, not staying in one place too long. I've noticed they also tend to stop and talk to those not trying to get their attention, usually little kids like my 2 yo niece

I've only seen him a few times in the park and it's like the picture - he's usually skipping by and just waves to people. We've never gotten his autograph.

The last time I saw him it was by the Alice bathrooms before the parade. He was with Captain Hook and had no handler. From what I know City Hall should know when he will be out but might not know where as he is known to wander. I have seen him from IASW down to the entrance with Alice and Mad Hatter. He some times literally just runs around.
