The Edison

I'm interested in trying The Edison (for dinner) on our next trip. Tell me what you liked or didn't like!
DH, DD and 2 teenage girls. DH loves steak, girls love burgers, I'm open to everything! We'll likely be on the DDP, so we'd each pick a dessert also.

I have eaten there a couple times. When I last ate there a couple months ago I noticed the menu had changed. The food was just ok, better during past visits. The decor is fun, though. Its worth checking out

We really enjoyed an early dinner there last year with dessert at Ghiradelli.

We had lunch there a few weeks ago. DH and I both had the burger and it was the best burger I've ever had.

Great atmosphere and great drinks- they know their cocktails! Unfortunately the food wasn't very good when we went in Spring (overpriced and not tasty), but it appears the menu has changed- hopefully for the better.

The atmosphere is great.
Menu only looked average. But I'm rarely looking for a burger at WDW.

Hadn't heard of this one before but based on the menu looks like real potential for our next trip.

We ate there Wednesday and it was the most food we have ever seen served to one person
My daughter had the pulled pork Mac and Cheese and it was served in a loaf pan.
The appetizer of fries was a huge plate.
My mom had the grilled cheese and tomato soup the sandwich from a loaf of bread cut the long way instead of how it’s usually sliced.
The food was all really good but we absolutely wish we had shared.

The grilled cheese and tomato soup was excellent. It was very large. The drinks are good too.

Loved It:

• Swine and Cheese
• Meatloaf
• Fish n Chips
• French 75 cocktail
• Banana Split

Meh:

• Grilled Cheese w/ Tomato Soup
• Diablo Burger

Strongly Disliked:

• Prime Rib (really poor showing for a prime rib)

This isn't the place for steak. If you've got DDP, DH will be getting a steak everywhere else. This is the place to try something different. It's mostly comfort food (with a hipster twist sometimes) on the menu.

I like the Edison a lot but really, it's a cocktails and appetizers stop for us.
