the DVC website question

I sent in my financial stuff for the DVC, In the membership booklet, there are multiple areas where it says I can access the website with a generic ID and password. I've tried several times and can't get in using the combination. Any help or should I wait to talk to someone at DVC this week to see what's up?

Members used to be able to access the site using generic id, but that has changed in preparation for a future upgrade to online reservation capabilities.

You will be issued a unique login name and password. You can call MS and get help with this- they have a team especially trained to assist with website access.
