I think you'll be OK with a small.

If you have any question about size (esp if you fall in between their sizes on the chart), buy 2 sizes and return the one that doesn't work. It does depend on which dress you buy. I find most of "The Dress Shop" ones to be pretty consistent in sizing though.

Most dress styles cycle in and out fast. right now I dont think so.

there are a lot of great online places for disney print skirts, etc too.

Late April they still had Cheshire Cat at springs but they had a few new releases since than

Electrical Parade dress came today. It fits well (nothing is perfect). It's a different material than any other Disney dress I have. I'll leave it to the experts to explain the material. It's the lightest weight dress I have. Will probably wear the black short 'jacket' from disney with it.
