on an unrelated note, I went through an ironing/sewing pile I have (it's about 3 years old ....) and came across my yellow teacup sweater.......it ALMOST motivated me to break out the iron.....but then I came to my senses........

Ugh...I have a pile upstairs I have to tackle today. My daughter brought over her favorite scrub top for me to mend so she can wear to work, and then I have to hem some pants for my husband. I’ve been sitting on it all week because the weather has just been too nice to be indoors.

I have two babies coming that I have to make stuff for. Nothing major, just some bibs and burp cloths but I have been procrastinating.

I just throw it in the dryer... I’m bad with ironing.

I have two babies coming that I have to make stuff for. Nothing major, just some bibs and burp cloths but I have been procrastinating.

Speaking of babies...my daughter and her husband want to start trying for a baby. They’ve only been married for a year, and they are both still young, so we’ve been trying to convince them to wait. It’s falling on deaf ears.

Someone decided to spill caramel on her Minnie Mouse dress while eating a beignet at Epcot yesterday . So I had to wash the dress. I was so nervous about the red bleeding onto the white dots. I use Carbona color grabber sheets normally and was hoping they would work in this case. I am so happy to say it did. The sheets were soooooo red, but the white dots still stayed white. Again, not that I recommend this because I still get scared I will ruin a dress, but I did wash it and dry it regular. No special settings, with the rest of my darks and it came out great. Just need to iron it
