2000 cookie recipes? OK, YaYa vote here. Who else here thinks that someone with over 2000 cookie recipes should be the "official YaYa cookie baker"? The official YaYa cookie baker would be responsible for baking at least 6 dozen cookies for each YaYa and sending them off to her (and him) before Christmas?

Marilyn hops in the Tank to shop for 1000 lbs flour, 500 lbs of sugar, a vat of vanilla and other baking items. Grabs Jennifer on the way out and tells her she cannot shop for crayolas now. She has to help with the shopping.

When my DD was younger she had this long hair down her back (still does)- but we had it permed and she got a hairbrush stuck in it and we couldn't remove it!! It was dance recital day and we were freaking!! I took her to the video store where a friend was working and we had to sit there and coax the darn thing out - took over 45 minutes!! I thought we were going to have to cut it out but my friend finally got it removed.

Oh yes, Nancy to bake cookies please!!! Did you know she bakes them every week for her husband's colleagues and regularly ships them to her daughter - that's how good she is!
Jennifer, like Nancy says, about a week airmail - unless it's AP vouchers from WDW. They took three l-o-n-g weeks!

Guess what? Christin inherited the cookie baking genes and I don't have to bake and send to her anymore

She bought a cookie sheet and supplies and bakes her own using the dorm's kitchen
Yippee!! I think the last time (that took a whole WEEK from here) did it.....too stale!

Now is my reading time and then getting the cookie dough ready.

Cookie dough is in the refrigerator.....going in the oven in about an hour (it is only 10:00 here).
Sugar cookies coming up.

I'm working on typing recipes now....let's see, my cookie "book" actually has 2880 recipes in it (but that keeps changing).

I have left over blueberry muffins from dinner last night too, if anyone is interested.

Ooooo....pumpkin cheesecake. No one here but me likes it I made one for TG last year and froze it in slices and it lasted me until summertime

Dream, Rice Cream is just heaven in a bowl! It's a dessert at Restaurant Akershaus and it's scrumptious. I'm getting very good at it now... How much do I need to make to go with the cookies?

And knowing the unscrupulously rowdy crowd here-Rice Creams may become fair game for the absolutely DISGUSTING (very unBritish, very unGerman-what would Roland think? ) food fights (reference p.48-51). That is unless I don't eat all of it before they get back. Seriously.

Oh perhaps when you come back: the ladies around here are prone to throwing things-in the heat of passion-at their DHs. Perhaps you have a similar tale to share-though Roland, good man that he is!, I can't imagine it.
