Gals any recommendations for a cough medicine for Midi YaYa?? He is coughing so badly tonight. He keeps waking himself up. The doc usually recommends Robitussin but there is NO WAY I could get him to take that. Im an adult and I cant even stomach the stuff.

I have no clue...It was really hard not to laugh (laughing at Emily makes her REALLY angry!!!)

I would post one tonight, but all the camera stuff is on dh's computer and that would involve getting up from my cozy spot. I am not a terribly attractive person, but I was having a good hair day today so if they came out, I won't mind sharing these.

COuld you mix the Robitussin in juice?

...well, Jennifer has to be gorgeous, if her daughters (the ones from the sweater website) are any indication!

And I pm'ed betty earlier and she mentioned her mom, it almost breaks my heart. I hope she comes back to us soon, when she's ready. I've really missed seeing her here.

And I was going to correct donee but donee reflects how zip-a-dee-doo-dah happy I am about seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!!!!

Oh goodness Karen. I don't know, and all of our Ya Ya nurses have gone to bed for the night. Our dr. usually perscribes a large bottle of Phenegren/codeine for the family that lasts us almost all year....I use it for coughs/nausea, etc... I'm not sure what OTC products work well. Sorry, I'm not much help.


Well I'm not exactly a raving beauty either, but who cares. *Okay, everyone! Keep your fingers crossed that Jennifer will like today's pictures... so she won't mind posting one tomorrow!*

Uhhh....Paige is the spitting image of her father!!! and Emily runs a close second. THey got very little of their mother's looks.....so don't count on it!!!

Dh just ran out to get something for my YaYa. I told him to get something for kids with an expectorant in it. I dont want to kill the cough and him end up with pneumonia or something. If this keeps up he will be at the doctors tomorrow. I may just take both of them in. They both have the same thing but Petite is not coughing nearly as much as Midi. People who send their obviously sick kids to school make me nuts. Thats where Midi picked this up. Half the class sounds like he does.

Shopping day was a Huge success!! I got an ornament!! A long day though and I'm beat. Left home at 7:30 this morning, got back at 6:00 .....then still had dinner to do.

Oh Karen, I was sitting here at work and thinking of what might help with the cough thing for your midi-YaYa. I take that nasty Robitussun stuff once in a while too when I need it and honestly the only way I can take it is if I take it with lemonade. I am talking the "real" stuff you get in cartons (I think I get Tropicana or something like that... NOT countrytime or anything that doesn't have pulp in it). Somehow real lemonade (well as real as you can get) cuts the taste perfectly (so does sweet & sour sauce ) and makes that stuff livable. I hate it and I can't stomach it until I have a lemonade chaser. Good luck with it

come on, up and at em'. The coffee is ready, I was up at 4:00 this morning and baked a coffee cake from scratch (well, I did scratch when I went to the bakery)

Oh my, busy little bee's yesterday, weren't you? I had a ton of things to do yesterday, then off to brother's house for nephews' birthday party. I was just about to sit and Ya-chat last night when DH asked if I would sit and watch a movie with him (with one of those "please, pretty please" looks on his face, so I did).

Good morning! Sheesh... where is everyone? I usually wake up to at least 2 pages to catch up to every morning. Is our Ya Ya population slowly dwindling or did ya'll go and get lives or somethin'?! I don't have a life today, or the next three days for the matter. Cam is out of school (teachers at a conference) so that means I get to hang around and potato out for three days. I think I will make this my phone call day... call and make a hair appt, call the court house to make sure they got my little completion certificate for traffic school, call the school photographer and tell them Cam's pictures were hideous and I demand that they do yet ANOTHER retake. He's not even centered (top to bottom) on the page!! I swear, he looks like Kilroy peeking in from the bottom of the picture.
