The Disney Store is CRAZYYYY!!!

When our DS went out of business and it was 75% I could not use the card. I have been to another store three times since for the 75% semi annual sale and have been able to use it.

Then I wonder what the rhyme or reason is behind some stores giving the 10% and others not. Shoud I call the Disney Club and ask them?

and they told me I was correct and offered to call the DS for me (if I recall correctly), but they didn't have to because another local DS offered to fix the transaction. Every dollar saved could be used in WDW!
