There is a fountain and several reflecting pools built in amongst the sitting areas and gazebos behind and below the Flame Tree. Between the food, the quite, the atmosphere and the view across toward “Asia” and EE, this is one of my favorite places to chill (and take pictures).

A few years back, DW and I went on a kids-free tip, and some of my favorite pics are from that area. It's a hidden little spot, more or less - it's just enough out of the way that it doesn't draw a lot of the foot traffic.
