Well done kizzy. Good luck everyone. I am weighing in on Wednesday so will post my update then (though I must admit I had a sneaky go on the scales this morning and I don't weigh any more than I did last week so that's good ;) )

I stayed the same this week, thank goodness, I shall be very good this week, I promise :)
 
I have lost 1lb. Its not so good but as I weighed myself on thurs last week and monday this week and THE WEEKEND came in between its not so bad..

Gosh I lost 2lb, I have no idea how, as I thought I had a bad week, must be stress :rotfl2:

Ive lost 4lbs this week taking my total to 9lbs!!

Wednesday PM weigh in for me, so will update on Thursday am.
It will be the end of week 1 for me as I started a bit later than most of you.
Have been good since Thursday last week, so only got today and 2 more days until I find out if it is working.
I am trying out a new WW diet (no count rather than full choice) so fingers crossed.
 
sorry did'nt weigh in last week but i lost 3lbs.
and another 3lbs this week total 6lbs.
 
Yay! I've managed the absolute miracle of putting ON 8lbs!!! I've no idea how or why, I've not had a drink, any chips, crisps or choc for 2 weeks, I've been running on the treadmill every other night plus loads of stretches, sit ups etc, I even spent 2 hours saturday chopping down and shifting a load of brambles in the garden and sweated like a pig :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad:
 
Ive read that if you start doing loads of exercise at first you can put on weight as its your body adjusting or something??? I bet you lose it in the next week or so. :)
 
I bloomin' well hope so!! I went from 13st 10lb down to 13st 1lb and back up to 14st!!! I do fluctuate wildly anyway but thats very depressing!!
