Funnily enough I had a nice soak in the bath tonight (before reading your post) and it really did help. I concentrated on relaxing and reading my Brits guides and didnt think about evil snacks!
If I keep this up every night I'll be the cleanest person in South Wales!
Sara i forgot to say that 9 times out of 10 when we think we are hungry were actually thirsty! So try a glass of water or cup of tea/coffee first!
or if you still think your hungry, go brush your teeth, that also helps !
I havent updated my clicker as I cant remember how to ! I have been losing around 1 - 2lb a week with slimming world online and lost another 2lb this week so am very pleased.
My huge worry at the moment is my daughter. She is 18 and very overweight but just doesnt seem to have any motivation to lose the excess despite it stopping her doing things she wants to do (such as join the army). I know I am at fault because I guess I buy treats and then because they are there she eats them, so I am going to get tough (Im a real softie though).
From tomorrow the only snacks around will be fruit .. and if she doesnt like it hard luck. Im hoping by typing this I will be able to do what I want and help her lose her weight.
I want her to have a great life and not have excess weight stopping her, its bad enough being 44 and fat let alone 18.
