and he already went out to eat with the kids last night in a "you can't stop me from doing this you are going to DL so there" kind of tone
:lmao:

Sounds like my hubby.

He already complained that he won't be able to sleep without me awwwwwwww.:lovestruc

I wanted to say: ya, but I can't handle sleeping with you lately, this trip is a bonus for me to get a full night of sleep.

But I didn't want to be that mean. :upsidedow Not sure if med changes or stress?? but his snoring has become unbearable.

Yeah, I know what go-gurt is and it seems wrong to squeeze yogurt out of a tube packaging. :scared: :rotfl2:

HELLO DS3!!
HGJ.gif
OMG, are YOU a hit now!!! He says, "Hello, Curious George!" :lmao:

Have you ever tasted a gogurt? It tastes like a whole lotta sugar. Bleah! :crazy2:

Sounds like my DS, he normally doesn't eat much, always been sort of a grazer. But a couple of months before a growth spurt you can't get enough food down him. He will eat a huge dinner, ask for 2nds & 3rds. Then 10 minutes after dinner is done he's asking for a PB&J sandwich. Then he gets this panicked look around 8:15 when I tell him to brush his teeth and get ready for bed! Can't I have at least 1 or 2 more healthy snacks before I go to bed?? Like he's going to starve to death overnight!:lmao:
Yeah, my boys do that, too, so I suspect we're heading into a growth spurt. I'm curious to see how tall he is at his 4 year check-up. Both the boys were kinda shrimpy as babies. DS7 didn't reach average height until around age 5 or 6, I think, and caught up in weight. (He was below the 10% for awhile.)

DS3 seems to be pretty average height-wise but low in weight. I think he and Jake have a similar body build, very lean but healthy and just busy, busy, busy! :rotfl:

yuck, I had to demo some other sugary kid yogurt. I didn't even want to try my own samples. UGH like eating frosting in a yogurt consistency. GROSS.

ohhhh but frozen go-gurt is not bad, tastes like a pudding pop.
I freeze them for the boys lunch, keeps the other parts of lunch cool and fresh. Wish they made a low fat, sugar free version.

I actually like plain yogurt.

Alrighty...just transferred my rewards dollars to my card - $214 :thumbsup2 :cool1: :woohoo:

I dunno, DH is really not going to like it if I tell him that I have to go to see Alison's new b o o b

So are you considering it...how you feeling??? I would be more then happy to push you around if need be (granted don't ask Shawna about the stroller incident at the zoo  )

What?? It is quite lovely, looks just like a Barbie b o o b! No headlights yet. I'm actually quite impressed by it.

I'm still somewhat considering the trip, never say never, right? But the reality is at this point I don't think it's going to happen.

Yesterday I started having issues with my an area of my wound on my belly that is possibly starting to get infected. It was red & inflamed looking earlier this week when I seen the doctor and I've been putting hydrogen peroxide and antibiotic ointment on it as suggested, but it seems to be getting worse. Right now I have a call into the plastic surgery department, but neither I nor Kaiser Permanente's customer service can seem to find a real person! Everyone just has answering machines that say leave a message and we'll get back to you within 24 business hours. Not to mention that they just moved to a new building a few months ago and part of the phone numbers I was given no longer work or belong to other companies!! ARRGGHHH!!!

So right now my primary care physician's office is attempting to get ahold of someone, anyone in plastic surgery. They would prefer that they look at the wound, not just my regular doctor. I have a feeling since it's Friday and the first really nice day we've had this spring, along with a wonderful weekend weather forecast.....that everyone in Plastic Surgery took the day off!

Anyway...if this little infection doesn't clear up then I doubt if I will be going anywhere!

:grouphug: Hope you get that cleared up...maybe working 9 days straight was not your best bet :rolleyes1

I've heard of freezing them. I was gonna try that last summer, but the boys didn't want me to. :confused3

They also love regular yogurt, I wonder if you can just freeze those using cups and popsicle sticks? :confused3

Plain (unsweetened) yogurt is a staple in the Mediterranean diet. We always get some when we get some from our favorite restaurant. Though my favorites are actually babahanoush (garlicky eggplant dip) and zahra (garlicky fried cauliflower.) I could eat nothing but zahra, I think, and be perfectly happy.

Oh, wow. Sorry about the complication. Hopefully it will clear up soon. Hopefully you can find a plastic surgeon to take a look at it soon, geesh! You'd think the answering machine/service at the old telephone number would provide the new information, what's up with that?! :sad2:

Finally! Just got through to someone at the Plastic Surgeon's office. I remembered that I had the business card of the lady that showed me reconstruction photos! Probably the lowest man on the totem pole and she answered her phone!! Yahoo!! My HMO has 2 plastic surgery offices and guess what...my doctor is at her office today. So she is going to go speak with him and see if they need to have me come in. She is my hero!:worship: :worship: :worship:
