I found this cool DIY site awhile ago, someone had instructions of a cool table.

Bunch of LEDs in a glass table. It would change patterns based on music playing, I soooooooooo wanted to have one. But the instructions were very very complicated.

ok last weeknd we brought him back to base, he searches his wallet to show his ID at the gate. (The CO was there so they had to be all perfect and official, they usually just take a quick glance and wave thru).

well, it dawns on him that he left his ID in his "blouse" on base. He shows some other thing that he has and the lower rank guy was going to say--ok.. meanwhile the CO is demanding where is your driver's license? Do you have anything else?!

He answered a few questiosn and they let us go thru.. but as we we were leaving the CO says " Big a ss wallet and no f-ing ID, HMPH!"


oh man, we were just dying. Meanwhile DN is sputtering " there just doing that because he's there.. they usually don't even look.. blah blah blah"

Years ago when I still lived at home, I needed a ride somewhere. I don't remember now why it was so all-important, but neither of my parents was willing to take me. I was getting really ticked off, and shouted, "Fine! Then call me a taxi!"

My dad shouted out, "You're a taxi!" and laughed himself hoarse. He said he'd been waiting 40 years to say that!!!

And no, I did NOT laugh. I was too

But it's darn funny now.

omg i know...when i was little if we were out or something and i got hungry or tired i would say "daddy im hungry (tired)" and my dad would say "hi hungry (tired) Im dad...glad to meet ya....used to piss me off
