Netty, I think the trouble is, as I've been really strict, as soon as I eat anything naughty for more than a couple of days in a row, it does pile the weight on. I am determined this week to be really good as I've only got 18 weeks to go and still need to lose 21 lbs.

I stayed the same this week. Just as well I exercise every day - Need to stop eating out so much.

I put on 1lb this week....... well i did expect it. i have now gone back to basics, got my dieting head on again, and got all my books out and am writing everything i eat down. I am going away in 2 months and have 20lbs to lose. i know i'll never lose that much in that space of time so even 10lbs will be great.

Oh well Netty, join the club ;) I, too, have got my 'dieting' head on and have managed (according to the scales this morning) to shift that 3lbs just since Wednesday so that's OK. At least anything now is a plus :)

I reckon you could shift 10 lbs easily in 2 months. Could you increase/start exercising? I can't remember which diet you're doing - was it WW? What about eating a few 'speed' foods, things which are supposed to aid with fat burning.

Alternatively, I got an Email yesterday from a kind soul to let me know that a certain previously-banned slimming drug was available to me immediately.... :rotfl2:
 
Hi Joh, i'm following the WW points. I think my problem has been guessing instead of writing it down :rolleyes:
My exercise is limited because of having sciatica, if i do what i consider not to be too much like 20 mins on treadmill, 20 mins on bike and also cross trainer i seem to aggravate the nerve, and end up in pain! i am going to get all my exercise videos/dvds out, wipe the dust off them and have a go! some of them are really old like callenetics!! :teeth: i have got the davina dvd, which i bought months ago and like the rest has ended up gathering dust.. :rotfl:
so starting tomorrow i will be :yay: :cool1: :banana: :yay: in front of the tv!!! :teeth:

Oh dear i've put on 1lb this week
i've not been trying very hard this week i think i'm having a hungry week must try harder for next week
well done to those who lost or stayed the same.
 
I lost another 2lbs this week, bringing it to 9lbs in total now for last 3 weeks. In good dieting mode now, was absolutely surrounded by chocs, sweets, cakes and biscuits in work yesterday as 2 people were off to get married and another was leaving, but I resisted and didn't have a single thing! :yay:

Last monday DF & I stayed the same, again. This week we will have def' put some on though. We have been off work all week and treating ourselves :goodvibes

We are glad in a way as we have hit a stalemate so a few pound on should shake us up a bit
