Dont you people know showing someone a picture of Epcot under 12 hours before they leave for Florida can be dangerous? It did get me a bit excited.

I liked the wand too. I think it gave it something. But I'm ok with it coming down too. I get the "purist" angle. A while ago I had heard a rumor they were changing Soarin to Soarin Over Epcot and instead of CA for the 30th. It would be all scenes from countries in Epcot. I don't know if that rumor had any merit, but that was going around a while ago.

Well gang, I'm leaving home at 5:30 tomorrow morning so I dont know if Ill have a chance to check in again. If not have a good week and a half and I'll talk to you all when I get home. I'm dying to hear about the new in our group!

So, something took one of my fish out of my pond...a Japanese Fantail...DH found him lying on the patio by a flower pot!! Very sad - these fish are my pets! It's odd tho - my other guys don't seem to be too freaked out over whatever took him...Mr. Koi even let me pet him this evening when I fed them. They usually hide for a couple of days whenever something spooks them. But it was such a waste - I mean I'm guessing it might've been a bird or something & it got him OUT but then he was really too big to carry or something & it just left him there to bake in the sun! I don't know - but he died in vain! He wasn't even a meal for whatever it was! Poor thing...

We used to have cat named Kosmo that would bring home koi and set them on the back porch door.

Taking the "Knebler-elf" child (aka Casear....don't ask) to lunch and then to airport this afternoon.

Hope everything's OK with the TRM clan.......

Weekend plans....another birthday in our neighborhood - small group going out sorta last minute - not even sure to where tho - most of the regulars are out of town...but leaving DS with Nana for Sat. nite so we don't have to drive to go get him....safer that way!

Lots of laundry to catch up on (been washing a load every nite to catch up with all of the towels & stuff from last weekend....) (That must be a downside to having your own pool - all the towels?!). Hope to get a pedicure on Sun. maybe....and of course will be getting ready for the NEXT camping trip next weekend!! I went ahead & bought a larger cooler this week (price rollback at Walmart) so we should have room for beer, food AND ice all in one cooler - but it takes up a LOT more room in the back of the truck so I also got one of those soft carriers for the roof - JUST IN CASE. Would rather have it handy next week when we go to load the truck than NOT have it & then we're stuck trying to pack up! I can always return it if we don't need it. This time we're taking folding chairs, not beach / sand chairs & am thinking of bringing the screened room thingy...so loading the truck will be different this time...hummm...should I "test pack" again?! (Just kidding)

Hey all checking in!! I know I have some catch up to do but wanted to say we are home and all is well.

We were finally released last night - dang beta strep - and last night was pretty rough. Adjusting to home I guess. Baby is sleeping and I should be too but was trying to download photos. Apparently a baby photo/electronics gremlin has moved in while we were at the hospital. So for now I have no pictures.

RJ - I will send picture to your cell phone - at least I have that.

But Neil will have to get on this computer and download the pictures from my moms digital camera. The others just won't upload to photobucket!?

Congratulations Johnna! Ya'll done good - Linden Rae is a nice name! 8 1/2 lbs...WOW. DS was only 6 Lbs, 2 oz. I think he only gained a LB a month!! Still only gaining a couple Lbs a year! But glad to hear you're doing OK...we were beginning to wonder! Hope you can get rid of the computer gremlin soon so we can see picts!

OK, I am looking for some ideas for a little birthday present for DS's 10 yr. old pen pal (a girl he met online playing ToonTown)! I'm no good with the girl thing! She lives near Sacramento and has been to DL a few times...and she loves Disney. I know she loves to read...plays ToonTown and VMK...but dunno what "girlie stuff" she might be into... Any of you all with girls have any suggestions?! She's really good about writing him letters & sending him stuff - he collects key chains so she's always sending him some of those whenever she goes somewhere... Her birthday is 8/2 so I sorta need to get something in the mail next week before we leave for the weekend.... Any thoughts?!
