While I was home for lunch, I got an e-mail from the timeshare company I used to sell my DVC a couple of years ago. There was a resale that caught my eye and I just placed an offer on the resale that is located at Old Key West. Wish me luck!!!

As far as retirement goes...I sell real estate...I'm never going to retire. As long as I have my laptop and cell, I can sell while at SSR!

We stayed there for one night back in 2002 and really like it, that's why we decided to try for this contract. We spent the first 5 nights at Vero Beach, then headed to OKW the last night so we could be closer to MCO since we had a very early morning flight home.

That sounds like a nice trip! DW DD and I will be arriving just as you leave. We are booked at Poly November 4 - 9. There will be 16 of us together all my family. DW and I have decided we would like to get down there a few days early so we plan to arrive on Nov 1. We do not have a reservation yet. I am hoping to save some cash rent points and get a studio at one of the DVC's. I have been trying to use the Dis Board points rental board but have had no luck. Has anyone rented points before? Any advice?

BWV...I toured there one time when I was in FL on business and went by the ESPN club. Can't see the inside on this trip.

I got an e-mail from my agent a little bit ago letting me know she didn't hear anything from the seller today, so hopefully, we will hear some news within the next day or two.

Our seller took our offer within a couple of days, then it took 19 days to get thru ROFR so the fun is about to begin. It's been two weeks since then and we're still waiting for the paperwork for closing. That will go right back out the door. Then it will be another week or two until we get our points in the system. I'm hoping we can blow a few of the points pre/post Memorial Day...we'll see.
